  The night was dark and stormy. The high winds could be heard all around the van that was rushing towards the hospital as fast as it could. The sounds of the sirens were howling through the air. It was the only thing that might be heard over the storm that was over the area.In the van where the paramedics that worked together were trying to figure out what exactly they could do for the woman on the stretcher. She was writhing in pain on the stretcher to the point they were thinking about adding extra straps to keep her down and immobile. Jade Winchester had never felt pain like this in her life. The baby she was carrying was not due for a few weeks however either the storm brough on the early labor or something else did.Her father’s wife, the evil step-mother, she had grown to hate was with her.    The shadow of a person who was clearly a man with his outline and his voice as well gave that away. He approached slowly to not frighten the young girl. She looked like she had gone through hell during her stay at the private hospital. He knew his size was often the one factor that made people afraid of him.“Are you waiting for someone?” he asked as he looked over at her in the wheelchair. He then saw the baby that was in her arms. He was now even more concerned because the weather was changing quickly. Though the storm had passed, the air had a chill to it.“No,” she said as the tears began to fall from her eyes. Jade had realized there was no one to help her. She was alone and in pain. She had nothing for herself or the baby. She was utterly alone.“Now, please stop crying. I said I will help you try and fix this.” He stated as he moved to her side. He looked down into her face and

   Benton looked at the box of supplies everyone had gathered and dropped off in his office over the past two hours. It had grown to the point it was overfilling. He grabbed a trolly to help him get everything on it so he could wheel it out to his car. He was eternally grateful that no one had asked any questions of him. They seemed to not care at the fact he wanted these items or the fact there was a baby, let alone a newborn baby, in his office. He had fashioned a wrap to be able to hold the baby and have use of his hands.He had blankets wrapped around the newborn. Benton went out to his car and loaded up the backseat with the box with all the supplies. He looked at everything that was there and then down to the infant. That was the one thing he didn’t have. A car seat. Though he didn’t plan for an accident, he knew that he wouldn’t feel comfortable driving with a newborn without the proper seat for it. He wasn't sur

  When he had finally woke up the next day, he was glad that he had the day off. He knew that he had a bunch of stuff to do and get for the baby. It wasn't like he had actually planned on any of those, so he didn't have plans for the day that he had to cancel or anything. It was just he was never supposed to be going to the store to buy a bunch of things for a baby. At this point, he didn't really care what he had to spend to make sure that the baby was taken care of for the moment. That was an easy thing to do. He knew that everything was rough for her, and she was trying to take care of herself. He had left the bag of supplies that she might need for the night and everything else by her, and it looked like she had gone through and chang

 Jonathan let Jay dressed for the past few hours while he went to the store and got a bunch of baby things, including clothes and some clothes for her as well. He also got a playpen so they could actually have a good place for the baby to sleep. It was higher as well, so it would make things easier for her to be able to reach over from the couch. He had also gotten a few other over-the-counter medical supplies that he was hoping were going to help him make sure that she healed quickly and safely. There were a lot of things that he was trying to do, but he knew that he had to do that at least.He also loaded up the car with a bunch of food and things that he knew that she would probably need to eat. However, they had to be simple enough that he could actually cook them. That was one of the big things for him. He normally had simple food. And by simple food, he meant things that he ordered. He was in a very good cook, but he was willing to try to make quite a few t
