Drawn To You のすべてのチャプター: チャプター 11 - チャプター 20

JASMINE’S POVI wake up feeling extremely relaxed, more relaxed than I’ve been since I can remember. I turn slowly, enjoying the softness of the bed, standing up lazily with the mindset of preparing for work, I take in my environment and shock settles in as I realize I’m not in my room. I turn and look at the bed I’m still sitting on, it has a grey cover and I don’t own any grey covers. I stand up immediately and then it dawns on me that I don’t know where I am. Looking from black curtains to the grey bedsheets, to the extremely dark and manly interior decoration. Was I kidnapped?I search for the door in this very huge room and I walk speedily to it when I see it, turning the handle only to find out that it is locked, I jiggle it fiercely but it doesn’t budge. “ I see you are finally awake.” I hear a very familiar voice say as I freeze totally shocked.Finding my bearing after a few seconds, I turn slowly and face my boss half naked and staring intensely at me. I notice the o

JASMINE’S POVAfter dressing up, I step out to find him sitting on a chair working on his laptop on a desk, typing away with incredible speed which doesn’t even surprise me anymore.I also see a table in the middle of the room with two chairs across each other, beautifully prepared, there are rose petals scattered on it and in the middle, there’s a scented candle that gives this after-rainfall scent, I guess. I can’t help the smile that spreads throughout my face at the sight, I’d say it almost has a romantic look if I didn’t know better, maybe he just likes eating in style.Noticing my presence, he puts off his laptop and turns towards me, taking in my appearance and he looks stunned as he eyes me from head to toe.I watch as he walks over to a chair silently, eyes never leaving mine.“Dine with me and afterward we will talk.” He says with a calm voice though authoritative enough to not be declined. One second he is being mean, the next, imposingly sexy, and now he’s acting nice

JASMINE’S POVI stare at the male in front of me in surprise and all I can think of is the fact that he looks very familiar.“ Priestess?” I ask Noah, who is glaring daggers at him because I don’t understand what called for this entire over-submissive behavior.“ This is Malakai, the werewolf you enslaved, he is bound by your aura.” He says to me, regarding Malakai who hasn’t lifted his head for a second since he got into his kneeling position.I run my eyes over him, assessing his entire feature as I try to piece together my memories, and the first scene my mind rests on is when the gold band had gone around his neck in the street. Curiously, I move my eyes to the exact place where I remember the band resting on and I let out a gasp in shock when I see it on the exact spot it was, glowing brightly, but rather than looking like a band on his neck, it looks like it is imprinted on his skin, and not an attachment anymore. My palm immediately covers my mouth in horror if the realit

JASMINE’S POV“ My lady you have to start getting ready.” the lady who accompanied me upstairs says.“ What happened down there?” I ask her still seated on the bed and not making any attempt to stand up and start preparing for the banquet. The lady had led me up to this room and said that it had been prepared for me in case I decide to not stay with Noah, as per his instructions. In my confused and somewhat overwhelmed state, I had followed her quietly and just sat down on the bed once we got into the room, not saying a word to her since then.Sitting here I can’t quite place what exactly made me overwhelmed, was I angry at the tone Noah used on me, was I upset that he dismissed me that quickly without letting me have a say, or maybe confused and perplexed as to why I feel he was responsible for what happened to Malakai back there?Or maybe because till now I am trying to place what exactly got him upset, was he still upset by what I said in the compound or was it something I di

NOAH'S POV “ Dance with me.” I say to her as I offer my hand for her to take.I’ve been enthralled by her look since I saw her standing on the first stair with that confident look on her face like she is ready to brave the storms and conquer the world itself.I watched as she took each step down the stairs from the center of the room and I didn’t know when I started walking towards her.I only realized that I had moved when I saw a dazzling smile appear on her face as she saw me.The proper way for the banquet to go was for her to walk down to the center of the room alone with graceful strides that she doesn’t ever lack but I just couldn’t wait that long and found myself being pulled towards her.She looks nothing less than a goddess, a thought I’m sure came to the mind of others as they set their eyes on her.Dressed in glittering silver, she portrays the very image of one of the gods, she possesses the grace and the aura.Only these qualities are enough to lift the hopes of
