CAGED BY MY ALPHA のすべてのチャプター: チャプター 21 - チャプター 30

CRYSTINA’S POV On Saturday morning, I asked Paige to accompany me to the shopping mall to get a new dress. I didn’t have a dime on me and the only thing I relied on was the credit card that Luka gave to me. True to his words, Luka went on a trip on Friday morning and that gave me the chance to attend the party and see Nico again. “Ooh, you look really good, Babe,” Paige gushed once we met outside of the shopping mall around 5 in the evening. I’d lied to Miss Mary that I was sleeping over at Paige’s place and she only allowed me because I also lied that I got Luka’s approval. “What? I don’t look different,” She grabbed my hand. “You look really different, like in a good way. You’re glowing and that dress is nice,” She pointed at my outfit. To be sincere, I don’t know where the new dresses came from, all I know is that I found them in my closet after I left the hospital. I didn’t find any of my old dresses so I didn’t have a choice but to wear the new outfits. “Thank you,” I blush

CRYSTINA’S POV When Luka said the mating ceremony was in three days, I had thought he was joking and would probably change his mind but for the next days that followed, I realized how real it was. Right on the morning of the third day, reality dawned on me. As I stood in front of the mirror in my white and nude long gown that was flowing down my feet and braided hair, I was sure that I was about to become the Luna of the Moon Valley Pack. “Are you ready?” Mary asked me as she walked into my room with a wide grin on her face. She was even happier than I was. I was the bride, I was supposed to be the happiest but deep inside of me, I couldn’t find that happiness that I truly wanted. So many questions are running through my head and I can’t help but wonder if this is what I actually want. I don’t hate the idea but neither am I a fan of it. I breathed loudly. “Yes,” I replied. “Good. You look so beautiful in that dress, dear,” Forcing a smile, I replied. “Thank you for picking such

LUKA’S POV I walked into the bathroom with another bout of heartache and this time again, the cause of it was the beautiful woman lying on my bed right now. The first time I felt like this was when it dawned on me that she cared about others more than me. Last night was magical, the entire day had been but the intimate moment I’d been able to spend with her had been more magical. It was the best moment of my life. There are no words to describe it. Last night, I’d imagined waking up with a happy mate beside me. I’d imagined kissing her, making love to her over again, and letting the world know she was mine, not fake smiles and anger. I woke up before her but I didn’t stand up because I couldn’t bare waking her up. What I didn’t expect was for her to wake up and try to block the mate bond we share. I could feel her disappointment and her desire to block it. When she thought she shared her words with her wolf, she had actually pushed that anger to me. My heart ached every time I rem

CRYSTINA’S POV “Do you think it’s normal that he wants to leave despite just getting here not even up to a month ago?” I asked another question about Harry. She raised an eyebrow, giving me a suspicious look. “He doesn’t want me to be alone in the new town. Moreover, I’m just leaving for a few months not forever,” “Does his family approve of this?” She groaned. “Why are you asking so many questions?”It was my turn to shrug this time. “I don’t know. I just want to be sure that you’ll be safe,” She gave me the stink eye. “Harry is not dangerous. He’s fine with leaving town with me and I’m cool with it. It’s all good. Don’t worry too much about me,” “I just want…” I stopped the statement I was about to make when I felt Luka on the mindlink trying to pass a message to me. “Hey, where are you?” He asked through the mindlink. I’m new to it and I froze up immediately after I heard his voice. His voice even sounded better through the mindlink. I could visualize his sexy lips and had t

LUKA’S POV Five months have gone since I last stepped foot into the Moonvalley pack. It has actually felt like a decade. I know I usually leave the pack for a few years at times but this time, five months felt like an eternity. That was because of one single person that I’d missed so terribly. She was the reason why I’m back so quickly. I could’ve been gone for a year or two but knowing she was back at home made me leave that place. I had left angrily and that wasn’t supposed to be. I wouldn’t lie if I say I was blinded by my anger immediately after I left. I felt hurt, sad and angry because of how she made everything else a priority except for me. Ignoring her calls wasn’t easy but at the same time, I knew if I heard her voice, I might leave everything behind and go running to her. After she stopped calling for three days, I started calling her back but unfortunately, the calls never went through and that was when I realized she had blocked me. I couldn’t really judge her for
