《Taming The Lycan's Beast》全部章節：第 1 章 - 第 10 章

The mischievous wind was playing hide and seek with the fragrance of the lush green fields and dancing plants. Till a few hours ago the vast landscape was full of farmers ploughing their fields while singing folk songs but now the only song audible was the songs of the cricket because it was nearly midnight. The sky was picturesque and so clear that one could count the uncountable stars hanging on the biggest roof. The beauty of the moon was at its peak as it was a full moon night.Holding a lantern an old man was walking towards his home which was still one and a half miles away, he was tired and sleepy too but suddenly his slumber was gone when the thick and dark trampoline of the night was torn by a flash, blinking his eyes he looked at the sky which did not show any hint of clouds or thunder. Before he could understand anything another flash surprised him, this time he saw it coming from a single-story old building. He was amazed, It was the only building in that area which coul

LAUREN MONROE 5 years later….."Come, monkey, time to get up," I whispered near my son's ear. He whined and pulled up the comforter to his head."Please, Mummy, let me sleep a little more. Leave my breakfast on the table, I promise…. I will finish everything after I wake up." I smiled at him while shaking my head and pulled the comforter off him, making him groan. Alex blinked with his beautiful baby-blue eyes at me. "What's all this Mummy? Please let me sleep for some more. I'm feeling sleepy." He requested with his puppy eyes, making me smile."No, my monkey. You can't sleep more. Yesterday, when I left breakfast for you, you didn't finish it all and threw them out the window. What do you think, I'm dumb?" He bit his tongue squeezing his eyes tightly. "Sorry, Mummy. I promise I won't repeat this mistake and today I'll finish everything." Pinching his throat he said making a cute face that is enough to melt anyone's heart. "Mummy's little Monkey, we all know you very well, how pr

JAXON SALVATORE KNIGHT"Here you go, Jax. I finally found that girl for you. She will be the surrogate and she has good qualities with her. And to my surprise, she works at your bar, Royal Blue." Dad handed me his I-pad where there was a girl's information with her picture. The moment I glanced at the picture my heart skipped a beat and went wild. My right hand automatically went to the left side of my chest and clutched my heart as I felt a different kind of feeling there. The feeling was alien to me. I had never felt this kind of feeling ever in my life. I zoomed in on the picture and took a good look at her face. Her beautiful big round dark brown eyes mesmerized me and I could not take my eyes off her. Then my eyes fall on her sharp nose then on her rose petal lips. I swallowed hard seeing her tempting kissable lips. Her lower back-length strawberry blonde hair makes her more beautiful. And her smile, oh god! She has the power to make other guys on their knees just by her full-

Jaxon placed her on the bed and tucked her carefully before going to settle on the couch. Lauren lifted her head to see him and in the meantime, he also looked at her and their eyes locked. They kept staring at each other silently until a loud thunder struck. They looked away feeling awkward. "Are you going to sleep on that couch?" Lauren asked him while looking at the couch which was quite small for him. Jaxon snapped his head at her side."Why do you want me to sleep with you?" There was a teasing smile plastered on his lips. And Lauren looked at him stunned. "Don't provoke my beast. Otherwise, he won't take a minute to devour you." Stating that he sat there straight and Lauren gasped in fear and kept lying there silently."You don't have to sit here all night for me. You can go and sleep in your room." She said in a low tone timidly. "I'm not sitting here for you. I'm protecting my pup." Jaxon said sternly and Lauren narrowed her eyes at him. "I'm not pregnant with your child

LAUREN……."You both can go back. You don't have to babysit me." I told Jace who was cutting apples for me after dinner. "We don't have any death wish, Sister-in-law. Brother will snap our head if we left you alone here. He has strictly ordered us to stay by your side all the time and take care of your every need. So we are at your service 24/7. We are not allowed to leave you alone." I rolled my eyes hearing Jace. "Overprotective Dad," I murmured while eating my apple. "Also overprotective uncles."Even if my brother had not told us, we would have stuck to you. Doesn't leave you alone at all. Our nephew or niece is coming. Our heir. We also have some responsibility towards our new member." I smiled at James. And felt so overwhelmed hearing him. This baby is so blessed. He has so many people who are worried for his well-being. But for my Alex, there was no one. And I even couldn't have nutritious food at that time. Tears build up in my eyes remembering my old days filled with stru
