Nicole Jane’s POV “Take my hand,” he commanded. I couldn’t make out his face. So, at first, I hesitated to reach out for his hand. But when I heard the familiar voice urging me from behind, I quickly reached for his outstretched hand. I didn’t know where we were going. All I knew was that we were by the seaside, surrounded by battles on both sides. “We shouldn’t run. We have to face them,” I shouted at him. He shook his head. “No! I won’t let them take you away from me again.” He grimaced. “Don’t worry.
