《FANGS AND ROSES》全部章節：第 41 章 - 第 50 章

ROMAN'S POV. I heard a loud thud on the ground she had dropped her bag. I stopped waiting to see her next move, was she mad because of what i said? I saw her hold her head and she fell to the ground. Quickly I rushed to her side calling out her name. She was in so much pain she could hardly hear anything i was saying? What was happening? I didnt know how to help her because she wasnt saying what was wrong she just remained on the floor homding her head in pain. “Rose, speak to me” i said, shaking her softly. “My head, it is my head…my head” she kept on repeating weakly. “What is wrong with your head? Does it hurt?” I asked panicked. She nodded her head in reply. I quickly pulled out my phone from my pocket and dialed Doctor Emmaline's number. “Hello, hello, she is in pain” i said, immediately the call connected. “Hello, Roman calm down and speak to me” i heard Doctor Emmaline say. How does she expect me to calm down, when Rose is here folding herself in pain and I can't do an

GOING SHOPPING. “Miss, miss” I heard as I fluttered my eyes open slowly. I locked eyes with a young girl probably in her early twenties. “Good morning, miss. I'm sorry to disturb you but your bath is ready, so is your food. Whichever you want to do first” she said. I, on a normal day, would grab the food immediately but for some reason,I wanted to put up a prim and proper image. I smiled at her. “Good morning to you too, i would have my bath first before having breakfast.” I said, still smiling. I looked around the room wondering where Roman was. After he left yesterday he never came back. Did he really not sleep in his room because of me? Was he really angry? What could I have possibly said to make him vexed? I thought. “Is something wrong, Miss?” The serving girl said, pulling me back to reality. I should really kill this habit of making people know I am bothered by my thoughts. I looked up at her and shook my head. “Do you happen to know where Roman is?” I asked her. I h

DARK PAST. So with my gown, the sandals and some jewelry, I was good to go. With just a bit of makeup and a proper fix of my hair,I would have a very close to perfect look. I changed back into my normal clothes and they packed up my things for me. “Don't forget this” Karen said, shyly as she stretched out her hands, passing me a bag. “What is in here?” I asked her. “The gown, shoes and jewelry for your friend.” She answered. “Oh that's right” I said, I had totally forgotten about that. Shopping was really stressful, just a dress and accessories to go with it took so much time and effort. I looked at the wristwatch on my wrist, I had spent over six hours here. But on the bright side it was worth it because I had gotten what I wanted and Bree must have spent enough time with Dave. I smiled at the thought of that. “I'm sure you can't wait to get home to your husband” one of the girls said blushing shyly. “What? Ooh, that's not why I am smiling, "I said. Whether they believed me

AWOKEN.I felt a warm towel press against my head as my eyes fluttered open. I recognized this room as Roman's. I groaned as I felt pain all over my body, especially my head. I turned my head and my eyes immediately met with that of a young lady. From her clothes I could tell that she was one of the maids here. She gasped as her eyes met mine, dropping the wet towel from her hand which made a sloppy sound. She quickly dashed out of the room before I could ask anything. I was trying real hard to remember what happened to me. The events that led to me being here. I noticed that I was hooked up to an IV which made me want to think harder but the more I thought the more blank my head became.I was so weak, I looked to the bed stand for water. The good news is that there was water on the stand but the bad news was that unfortunately it was a bit out of reach.I tried to move a bit and it hurt like hell. So I just lay there helplessly hoping that that lady would come back soon. The door of

ROMAN'S POV. As we walked out of the room leaving Viola alone with Rose. I felt Rose's burning glare at my back till I was completely out of the bedroom. We all went to the sitting room downstairs but none of us were seated. Even victor who was frail due to sickness remained standing. Only the alpha and Viola from her family were here, not a surprise though. We remained standing, some leaning on the wall, others just standing straight. The alpha eyes remained glued to the door of my room, he looked really worried. Victor just kept calm, it looked like he was doing the same as I was, observing everyone around. Caspian just stood there leaning against the wall, looking at his feet. And then my eyes fell on Dave. He met my eyes and quickly looked away. I watched him closely like a hawk. Was something going on between him and Rose? She pleaded, wept, begging for him continuously, that was one of the things that fueled my anger. I watched him move from where he currently was and
