Lahat ng Kabanata ng The Omega They Can’t Resist: Kabanata 1 - Kabanata 10

Lian's POV The dark road was completely silent. No one seemed to be there. It was almost past midnight, that’s why. I was walking alone on the road near the forest of our Ironclaw pack. It was chilly, yet I was only wearing a thin layer of pajamas. As I moved forward, I saw a car standing a little ahead of me. I quickly went to it, and after opening the door, I got into the passenger seat. Just then, a slap struck my face. “I have been waiting for the last fifteen minutes. How dare you make me wait for you? Can’t you come sooner?” Josh asked. Beside me sat a guy with black hair, red eyes, and a big body. He was the son of our Ironclaw pack’s alpha, meaning he was the heir, the next alpha of our pack. It had been years since we started dating. When I was eighteen, I thought I would be able to shift just like the others, but no, I wasn’t able to. That was when I found out I was cursed, that I would never be able to shift even though I was a member of a werewolf pack. That wa

Lian's POV By the time I crossed the jungle, it was already night. I was so exhausted that I was dragging my feet. When I finally came out, I saw a proper road, cars passing by, buildings nearby, people moving around like normal. Some humans were there too, living alongside wolf shifters. I moved forward, about to cross the road, when suddenly my legs gave out. I collapsed in the middle of the road. A car was coming toward me at full speed. I tried to move, but I couldn’t. I clenched my eyes tightly, waiting for the pain. But it never came. After a moment, I opened my eyes and saw the car had stopped right in front of me. The door opened. I first saw black leather shoes, then black pants. When I looked up, I saw a man wearing a black suit over a white shirt. He had brown hair and golden eyes. “If you want to commit suicide, find another car. Don’t stop in front of mine,” he said. He was handsome, but his face slowly became blurrier and blurrier… and then everyth

Lian's POV Once the exams are over and the results are announced, students move into the real dorms with the others who aren’t part of the welfare program. Those who fail, however, go back home. That meant everything depended on this exam. My life depended on this exam. “What are you thinking about, Lian? Are you perhaps worried about the exam? Don’t worry, exams are mostly based on what we’re most interested in. Everyone will have different exam papers according to their interests,” Eva said as we walked toward the building. What? We’re all going to have different exam papers? And the exam will be based on our interests? Does that mean they’re going to ask me about dance in the exam? Just thinking about it gives me goosebumps. As we reached the building, I saw a few students standing outside, chatting, while some were inside. I glanced at them, but they just ignored me, as if I didn’t exist. Seriously, Eva was right. Welfare program students behaved like this with each other

Lian's POV We quickly sat down at the dining table, which was wooden. There wasn’t really a proper dining table for us, but even this was better than nothing. As we were eating, that same girl who had messed with us earlier came there. When she arrived, I thought she was here to eat. But she passed from behind me. I hadn’t noticed her at first, but from the corner of my left eye, I realized she was standing right behind me. I glanced back, and indeed she was there, standing with her arms folded near her chest. I really didn’t understand what this foolish girl wanted from me now. “What?” I asked her. When I asked, her eyes stayed on me, and she remained in the same position. I was about to say more, but before I could, Eva stood up from her chair and moved beside the girl. “What exactly is your problem? Are you, by any chance, jealous of us? Is that why you’re always looking for an opportunity to fight with us? I’ve endured enough of your bullshit, but neither I nor Lian are goi

Lian's POV “Sir Grey, at least tell us when Sir Jack is going to come so we can ask him. What is Lian supposed to do when he doesn’t even know whether he passed or failed the exam?” Eva said. She sounded like she was ready to fight, and honestly, she was angrier than I was. I, on the other hand, was feeling okay despite knowing about the waiting list, because Eva was by my side. She was the first person who genuinely cared about me and my well-being, and she was already my best friend, even though we had only known each other for a few days. Yet, I felt completely comfortable around her. “Eva, you’re not understanding. Jack isn’t here. If he were in this office, I would have told you. It means he hasn’t come yet. You’ll just have to wait. And since you’re selected, why don’t you go pack your luggage to move into the dorm?” Sir Grey said to Eva. As Sir Grey said that, just then someone came and told us that Jack had called me to his office. I glanced at Eva and Sir Grey. That’s whe
