Semua Bab Trapped In The Mafia Wolf Island: Bab 1 - Bab 10

Aurora POVA soft slap jolted me from sleep, my eyes opening slightly, trying to see who might have done that because I couldn’t remember the last time anyone stepped into this small store I called my room.Mom termed it too old and dirty for her to be there.Joy, my sister, thinks she will contact some sort of disease if she moves anywhere closer.Surprisingly, the two people that have spoken badly of this place are the ones standing before the flat old mattress I lay on.On the right was Mom, her hand holding a fine blue gown with a pair of slippers. It didn’t look new. It was obvious it had been worn before, but those still looked better than the clothes I had arranged at the far corner of my room, as they had been patched many times.“Aurora darling,” Mom called, her face showing off a smile, one I hadn’t seen on her face for ages.Mom always had that frowned look when talking to me, but with Victor and Joy it was different. Before I could speak, Joy already scooted to my bed, her

Aurora POVAfter the stunt I had pulled earlier, the car didn’t stop, not for once.It kept moving till we arrived at the place I once thought could never be real.Dante De Luca’s island.A place whispered about by people in fear. No one dared talk boldly about the rumors or else they would have their head rolling on the floor the next morning. It was said to be the land of no return. No one ever made it out alive once they stepped foot on the island. It was as if they had been swallowed whole and the water cleansed off every single trace of them.People whispered about their lost ones but nobody had ever dared confront Dante about it, not even the police. They all stayed clear away from the island like it was some kind of plague.Everyone was anxious to know about the island activities. Unfortunately, nobody could describe the activities on the island as no one ever lived enough to tell the story. My heart skipped ten times faster than it had as I stared at the dark body of water sur

Aurora POVMy body jerked violently as the bullet pierced through my arm, ripping my skin apart.“Haaaaaa!” I screamed, a loud agonizing scream ripping from my throat before feeling weakness all over my joints. My strength suddenly gave way as warm blood flowed endlessly from my wound, soaking my clothes and pooling beneath my feet.My head gauged up, looking at the person that had put me in this mess.Dante De Luca.He sat so comfortably in that chair like he was some kind of hell king, watching me burn in fire.I wasn’t all wrong because that was the exact thing he was doing. His eyes settled on me, with unsettling coldness, completely devoid of sympathy. The silence around him felt heavy, carrying anger far more dangerous than an outburst.Tears rolled down my eyes, with fear aching in my heart each passing moment. Is this how I was going to die? No.I haven’t even gone to law school.Neither tasted love.Or had my Prince Charming.“Please…” I found myself begging. If there is anyt

Dante POVExactly 6 a.m., I stood at the front of my transparent glass window that faced the field I had used in growing tobacco. Tobacco is one business I had controlled for years. It’s one of our best sellers, money fetching like it was some kind of oil business. My eyes gazed, not at the tobacco plants, neither at the guards controlling the workers. Of course, I have people working for me. They all get paid at the end of the week. Most of them are already wealthy with the amount I pay them, but they had all refused to leave, not because I held them back. They just felt too broken to go back home to the families that sold them off to me.I searched between the workers, but I didn’t see her. Did she disobey my orders again? My teeth gnashed. She is always getting on my nerves these days. And whenever I punish her, I always feel bad, even though I never show it.She is soft, but yet stubborn and too troublesome. Why can’t she just learn to obey the rules? My mind lingered on yesterday

Aurora’s POVThe wall I crashed on was supposed to leave my head banging with a headache and maybe leave a bruise, but I didn’t feel any.The wall that had ended my escape somehow looked too soft to be called a wall. And of course, walls never smell like cedar wood and something like mint soap mixed with strong cologne. My breath seized with a thrummed heart. My hands moved slowly to the broad chest I had crashed against.Slowly, my head raised and my eyes met with the sexy, ruthless mafia lord dressed in all black.Dante.His eyes settled into mine. For a second, I got lost in them, forgetting the situation I was in, forgetting about Isabel’s wrath. His eyes slowly left mine, gazing lower and settling on my bare skin.Only then did I remember I was completely naked.Heat rushed through my cheeks. And my hands clamped across my body, ashamed of the fact that I was naked before him. I could still bear the humiliation of standing naked before everyone, but with Dante, the guy that stole
