The next morning, Eiran walked in for the morning class and noticed Knight sitting beside the window. He sat down in the front row to avoid him. “Why is he sitting in front when he always sits here?” Wells mumbled to himself. After the class ended Eiran quickly walked out. Wells ran to catch up with him.“What’s the hurry?” Wells ran out of breath. “Then don’t follow me.” Eiran walked to the library. Wells quickly held his hand. “We had a three hour lecture, aren’t you going to eat lunch?” “I’m not hungry.” He pulled his hand away. Wells looked at him puzzled before he headed to the cafeteria nervously. Later Eiran was hesitant to go back to class for the next lecture. He rubbed his head several times. Then he looked up and noticed Knight standing in front of him across the bookshelves. Is he following me? Eiran quickly grabbed his books and walked out of the library. “Eiran,” Knight’s voice stopped him on the empty stairs. Eiran looked at him approaching. “Are

Uriah observed Eiran for a while before leaning forward. “That’s only possible if both of you have no feelings left for each other. Even the slightest feelings could just make the bond stronger instead of breaking it.”Eiran eyes rounded. “Is it possible to break the bond?”“Yes it is but as I said it’s mating, even the slightest feelings during the sex could just make things worse.” Uriah stood up approaching him. “It only works if both of you hate each other. Like you are knotted because you two had strong feelings for each other. That connection is what created the bond. And if the bond senses that the feelings connecting both ends of the knot have disappeared, it will end."I do hate him a lot. I hate it that I’m bonded to an Alpha despite being an Alpha myself. Eiran tilted his head to look up at him. “Are you sure that it works?”“ Listen, It’s like the Alpha bonded with you, marking you as their only territory with the emotional bond. But when you two mate with no more emotions

Eiran glanced around picking up his spoon and noticed Knight being confessed once more.It must be annoying to be confessed like that. Eiran started eating while he watched Knight walking away as before. He still listens to them until the end. From the first day at the school Knight became the centre of his attention. He was always stealing glances of him and strangely at times Knight would be already looking at him. And sometimes Eiran felt him gazing at Eiran but the moment Eiran would look at him he quickly averted his gaze.Eiran would sit down on the stairs and watch boys playing tennis. The reason was no one else but Knight. He never talks to anyone but when he is playing sports he feels like a real extrovert. Eiran’s eyes were fixed at him.His long hair was waved with swift motions, sweat dripped from his face and his shirt stuck to his refined muscles. Eiran’s heart started thumping hard and he stood up quickly walking away.He stepped into home, “I am home.”He greeted the e

Then Bright cupped Knight’s head in his hands. "We shouldn’t be this close or else father will use our affections against each other.” He closed the kit. "That’s why I am going to keep distance between us.”He sounded cold but Knight noticed his eyes twitching.“Give me your phone.” Bright asked and he handed it to him after taking it out of his drawer.“Here,” Bright returned it, articles floating over the screen. "Keep learning about these articles. Don’t talk to anyone about it, it’s just to protect you.”“Am I allowed to read it? It’s not for kids.” He scrolled through articles.“That’s why don’t talk to anyone about it. But you need to have information to protect yourself.” He cupped his cheek. “From now on you are on your own. Don’t hesitate to learn anything that will protect you.”It was too much for Knight to understand but soon he noticed the two of them drifting apart. They talked less and less and over time they barely saw each other.Knight has been going through online a

The pairs sat facing each other because they had to draw sketches of each other. Eiran still stayed silent but the moment he looked up at Knight his heart would start racing. He tried not to look at him for a while.“You hate the idea of pairing up with me?” Knight asked.“Huh?” Eiran got flustered. He talked to me!“Wh…why do you say so?” He stuttered. Speak properly Eiran you are embarrassing me.“Cause you didn’t even talk to me.”“That’s because you don’t talk to others. I thought you might not like it.” Eiran still couldn’t look up at him for more than two seconds. He is looking at me with those eyes.“Are you good at drawing?” Knight started sketching.“No. I am terrible at drawing. Sorry. What about you?”“I’m pretty good. One of my hobbies is drawing and painting.” He was focused on the canvas and Eiran looked at him.He looks more handsome. It’s my first time looking at him this close. “Most of the paintings in the school gallery are mine.” Knight looked up and Eiran quickly
