Lila kept rolling on the ground, her clothes soaked in sweat.“I shouldn’t have eaten so much,” she gritted her teeth in pain. She didn’t even dare visit the hospital. It was said that the zombies were first seen at hospitals. What if she entered as a human and came out as a zombie?Even though the apocalypse was still days away, she didn’t want to take the risk. She lay there on the ground and drifted off to sleep. When she woke up, it was the next morning. The pain had subsided, and she was feeling refreshed. The only problem was the horrible smell coming from her body. She stretched lazily and went into the bathroom. As she removed all her clothes and stepped into the shower, she suddenly heard a loud yawn.Lila quickly bent down and wrapped her arms around her body, covering herself.“Could someone have gotten in while I was sleeping? Or did I mishear?”The yawn came again, this time with a childlike voice.“Why won’t they let me sleep?”That was when Lila noticed the voice was co

Lila stood outside, looking at the people going and coming, they didn't know that the world would end tomorrow.Worst part is, it's almost the end of the month. Many people are already planning how to spend their salary, little did they know that they wouldn't even get the chance to receive it.She sighed. These days hadn't been easy, she's either bickering with Mimi, packing her things into the house system, or practicing her strength. She got her strength ability back three days ago. Now she was strong enough to face the level one zombies. The first zombies to appear were very weak and slow.Later on they started to evolve and human started gaining abilities too. Abilities like, fire, water, wood, mental, lightning and strength. In the past she only had super strength. Lightning was the strongest and only two people had it. Next was fire and then water that can later evolve into ice.It was night now, she was already fully dressed in black pants and shirt. She had a backpack with

Lila's breath hitched, fingers tightening around the bat. Could there be a zombie behind her? No, Mimi wouldn't sound so serious if it was a zombie.Could the noise just now have attracted dozens of them?Lila turned sharply, ready to smash anything in her way, then she froze, her hand mid air. There was nothing behind her!Was Mimi playing her again? At this point Mimi really wanted to roll her eyes. “I meant don't leave. One of your guys is in this building.”“What gu— you mean the puzzle piece?.” I didn't expect to find one so soon. At this point within a month I'll be able to bring the house out.Deep in her mind was anger that she tried to suppress. Back then she'd had saved those three men from a man eating flower. They didn't want to leave afterwards, claiming that they want to stay so they can look after each other. Lila had nothing against handsome men so she agreed, even giving them her resources. After a few weeks they encountered a zombie horde, those men not only didn't h

As the trio arrived at the spot Lila parked her car, she noticed that she couldn't drive the car at all. The road was all blocked, much worse than when she came in. Lila was reluctant to leave the car behind, after all it was a car she had carefully chosen. After walking for a few minutes, she told Adrian and the makeup artist that she left something important in the car. The makeup artist was shocked. Was this helper going to abandon them? Tears welled up in her eyes “Are you…?” “Don't worry, I'll just pick up something and be right back.” The makeup artist was still worried but chose to trust Lila. She still had a sick little sister waiting for her at home. Adrian nodded, he didn't trust Lila at all. But he knew she'd be back. He remembered the look in her eyes when she saw him back then, like he was some kind of gold statue. She definitely wanted something from him, so she won't abandon him. They both found an overturned car and hid behind it. Watching as zombies w

Lila could only stare at Adrian's back without blinking. Serious Mimi was very rare, so she really took it seriously when Mimi said “don't blink”“Mimi, what's going on?”“Incomplete fragment detected.”“Scanning”Adrian tried to turn around when he noticed that Lila wasn't moving, but she held his head in place. With her super strength, he couldn't move at all.“Completed. Weapon resonance at 25%”Lila finally blinked, tears fell from her eyes as she did, because she hadn't blinked for long.Noticing that he was free, Adrian turned around only to see Lila crying.Adrian “...” Why is she crying? He refused to believe that this woman who smashes zombies head like watermelon was crying because he was bruised.Lila didn't notice his confusion or the tears on her face, instead she was talking to Mimi.“The scar was under the bruise? Wow, I didn't know it would be so easy. Now I only need to find one more man.”Thinking of her life in her house, eating fried chicken, roasted duck, waterme
