I just wanted to say that Wendy Corduroy is an amazing character in Gravity Falls. She is this really cool 15 year old or so girl who works at the Mystery Shack with Dipper and Mabel during the summer. Despite all of the crazy going on in Gravity Falls she is always so calm and cool, which makes her really relatable. Confirmed: 15. I believe I confirmed this in an interview with Alex Hirsch regarding the show. This was another detail that I thought was pretty important to the story. So Wendy is old enough to be left in charge of the Mystery Shack on occasion (according to Stan's irresponsible mind), but too young to do whatever she wants and Wendy's dad can still tell her what to do.

Also, her relationships with Dipper and Mabel are really special because of her age. A less secure 15-year-old would probably get annoyed at the idea of hanging out with kids half her age and act uncool towards them. But Wendy just doesn’t care about that. She values her friendships with Dipper and Mabel above arbitrary social rules that don’t mean anything to her. It’s really cool.
