The Young Lady on the Bicycle

The Young Lady on the Bicycle

Instantly, I felt a rush of heat down there. It felt like a jolt of electricity was running through my entire body, making every hair stand on end in a strangely good way. "Oh, why do you feel so hot down here?" A fleeting look of excitement crossed Wendy's face as she crouched down while moving her hand. The squatting position made her spandex stretch taut, and that little dip between her legs became even more pronounced. I had to admit, her hands were incredibly soft. It left me feeling all tingly, like my bones would melt at any second.

The Way of the Dragon

The Way of the Dragon

“Damn it’s expensive!” Zephyr cursed as 500 points were immediately decreased. Though, his expression changed quickly once he entered. The apprentices outside could not help but discuss amongst themselves as Zephyr’s door lit up. “I wonder how long that kid’s gonna last in there.” “Hahaha, the gravity in there’s way stronger than out here. It’s a struggle even for us, much less him! I’ve heard some being utterly crushed just by the sheer power of the gravity!”

Santana Sylvester
Enjoying the book tremendously, the characters names and even the tone of the author changed in the last 1/3 of the book was a bit confusing but was able to adjust to the changes the plot is definitely engaging and keeps you pushing to see how it all plays out for Zepher but it seem to abruptly?
Lisa Silas

Seven Years of Winter Before Spring

Seven Years of Winter Before Spring

Vivian was stunned for a moment too. “You…” Belinda was about to snap, but Vivian quickly smiled apologetically. “Belinda, I’ll push you.” Belinda let out a cold snort, reluctantly agreeing. The three of them went outside. Vivian pushed the wheelchair while Wendy walked beside them. As they reached a downhill corner, Vivian suddenly cried out and slipped, shoving Wendy hard. Wendy was caught off guard, stumbling forward. Her elbow hit the wheelchair. The wheelchair went out of control, hurtling down the slope!

Say it Again-Tell Me l'm not just another deal to you

Say it Again-Tell Me l'm not just another deal to you

Gravity chose to wake up in my arms at that very moment. She blinked her eyes open, taking in the surroundings, before realizing that she was in some sort of entertainment venue and trying to wriggle out of my grasp. "Slides!" she exclaimed, climbing a wooden ladder and sliding down a slide on her back. Cherrie set her chin above her fists in a curl, grinning wider. "Oh, how cute." Wholesome, my ass. She had no idea on what side of Gravity I had access to-the one where I had an appetite for seven extra-large pancakes and belting "Firework" straight through as a burp.

The Alpha's Curse

"Alright. I'm going to take a hold of your hand and you're going to slide yourself down. Okay?" Waverly nodded and took Felicity's hand as she swung her legs over the side of the couch. She then paused and put her all her weight into her hand, using Felicity's aid to hoist herself onto the floor. Waverly screamed as her backside touched the ground and Felicity smiled. "Great job, miss! Okay, now I'm going to help you turn and then we'll lay you down."

Vows of Graphite and Guilt

Vows of Graphite and Guilt

The world vanished. Gravity ripped away from them as the cable unspooled at terminal velocity. Clara choked on a scream, her face burying into the wet linen of Julian’s shoulder as they plummeted down the sheer, vertical face of the skyscraper. The wind howled in her ears, the lateral force throwing them sideways, smashing Julian’s shoulder hard against the tinted glass panels of the 58th floor, then the 55th. Above them, sparks flew into the night as the operatives fired down the line, their bullets pinging harmlessly off the reinforced steel casing of the winch mechanism sixty feet above.

Vampire Drip

Vampire Drip

The woman fell and tried to ask me for help. "Are you okay?" I said while helping the woman. “Monsters!” shouted the woman, pointing behind her. I saw a woman sitting with her back in the direction of the light. Her long hair in the wind shimmered in the moonlight. The figure that makes me want to reach her. Slowly she turned her head back. Tears flowed from her beautiful face. Her mouth was covered in fresh blood. "Frey?"

Moon Drip

Moon Drip

Not even one, so knowing that an Alpha was looking out for me was too much for me and I couldn't quite take it. My eyes returned to the black witch in front of me when she spoke again. "As I said, we've been looking for you for months, it started when the intoxicating fragrance of Moon Drip once reached Alpha Baristo. He immediately ordered his wolves to find where it came from but we were disappointed because the smell suddenly disappeared. But Alpha Baristo was so persistent, so he mobilized even us witches to help in the search. And we were not mistaken that we could find you here. The Cohen who possesses the Moon Drip— the sacred power of the blue moon."

Billionaire's Regret: Finding Her

Billionaire's Regret: Finding Her

“What’s your attitude? I tell you the company’s been acquired, and you want to quit?” How much did she dislike him? “Benjamin, if I want to quit, I will. It’s my choice! Let go of me!” Wendy used her strength to break free, but in doing so, she lost her balance, and her high heels stumbled, causing her to fall backward. “Ahh!” As she was about to fall into the pool, Benjamin reacted quickly and caught her by the waist. With ease, he managed to hold her up, but as they locked eyes, gravity took its toll.

Frequently Asked Questions

I stumbled upon this gem called 'Pines Over Gravity' that nails the Wendy-Dipper dynamic perfectly. It’s set a few years after the events of 'Gravity Falls,' with Dipper returning to the town as a college student. The fic explores his unresolved feelings for Wendy, who’s now working at her dad’s shop full-time. The author has this knack for capturing the awkwardness of growing apart but still clinging to those summer memories. The dialogue feels so authentic—Wendy’s laid-back but introspective, Dipper’s earnest but less naive.

The slow burn is agonizingly good, with moments like them rebuilding the Mystery Shack’s roof together, trading jokes that don’t land like they used to. It’s not just romance; it’s about how first crushes shape you. Another standout is 'Falling Slowly,' which frames their relationship through letters Dipper never sends. The bittersweet tone hits harder because Wendy’s moving to Oregon for forestry school, and Dipper’s stuck in his own head. Both fics avoid clichés by making their bond messy and real.
