The Hunter and the Vampire

The Hunter and the Vampire

She shrugged, a little awkwardly. I smiled back, wanting to put her at ease. “Thank you, Sie. I really appreciate it.” We flicked through some new books and papers while we waited for the pizza to arrive. They were all much the same – long, winding documentation of vampire sightings from the Victorian era, many of which were clearly allegories for something else, like impudent women or the fear of industrialisation.

 Love, Lust and Blood

Love, Lust and Blood

, he said, nodding. I grew happy with myself. The principal, on the other hand, just sat there drowned in confusion. "1800s?" he asked, confused. "Yes, we are vampires," I pointed out. "Vampires?" he shrieked. "Yes, created in the 1st century", Solomon added, joining the fun. "But...but...but that's impossible", he stuttered, trying to convince himself we were lying. Well, bad luck for him because we aren't.

In love with a vampire

In love with a vampire

She leaned forward in her seat with a serious expression “I want answers Aamon, and only you can give me the answers I want. I want to know what really happened, what is happening and what will happen?” He laughed “I’m a vampire, not a psychic, sure I can see far ahead and hear your heartbeat but I can’t see the future. I can’t tell you what will happen, I’m not even sure I know what is happening. I can only tell you what has happened” “I’ll take that” She pressed record on her recorder and noticed he looked anxious “You don’t have to summarize anything, I can ask the questions if you want” “I’d like that” She cleared her throat and began “can you tell me what happened in September 1922?”

The Vampire's Second Chance

The Vampire's Second Chance

Shrugging my shoulders in defeat, they turned on one of the most cliché vampire movies of them all. The male main character, a vampire was stalking the poor girl, and I couldn't help but throw my head back and laugh. The dude was sparkling in the light like some disco ball, and the girl just gawked at him like he was some god. Vampires were everything but gods. They were something more. I don't know deeper than that. They didn't hold themselves to a god-like status. Justin showed me that. I mean, he was the one that helped us pack, fill up the gas tank with gas, and held the umbrella for us in the rain when we got caught in a rainstorm as we arrived.

Vampire's Slave

Vampire's Slave

"What the hell... How old are they! —No one saw anything out of the ordinary about them, that's what my great—great—great grandfather wrote in his journal, but when the disappearances of young women began they started looking for clues to whatever was going on, but it was as if the earth was swallowing them up, there was no trace of those girls left until the day he saw that same vampire that... Antton, tearing a girl to pieces without mercy My hands are shaking so I hide them because I couldn't even believe it, she keeps talking more about them and when I had my chance I asked what year that had been and when I heard the year my mouth literally fell to the floor because that was in the year

The Vampire's Intern

The Vampire's Intern

“You think I’m crazy, but that’s the only explanation that makes sense.” I scoffed. “You sound like a conspiracy theorist. Vampires don’t exist, and you’ve got to stop reading all those fantasy books.” Before she could say anything else, I grabbed another slice of toast and breezed out of the apartment. My condolences to the victims, but vampire attacks were just so stupidly unrealistic. Like creatures of the night actually existed. Right, sure. “Mr. Vale’s not in right now.” Celine said at the reception, looking me up and down.

PRETTY DEVILS

PRETTY DEVILS

A small, wistful smile played on my lips as I reminisced. It was the year 1826, my early days as a vampire. I had only recently been turned, and I had little control over my newfound thirst for blood. I was drawn to the living, craving the warmth and vitality that radiated from them. A large ballroom feast had been held that night, and I had crashed the party, eager to satiate my hunger.

She'd attack me with her fangs and pointed nails and she wouldn't wait a second to drink my blood and he started the car. "Oh! Come on dad. It was your plan. You told me yesterday that you got bored of eating mum's cooked food. She already drinks your blood everyday by scaring you like an angry bird. Anyways, if she is a vampire then you are also the leader of your pack and your brave daughter is always with you." She gave a high-five to her dad. "Wait, wait. You said my brave daughter. Where is my brave daughter? " He asked and turned back to see.

Her human mate

That long-gone girl. Whereas, aside from being more handsome, stunningly so, Cassius was unchanged. He looked just like the brother she believed dead in 1722. But time had no effect on vampires, except to make them more attractive. He was still the Cassius she remembered, he didn't change

The Dark Rose

The Dark Rose

My body trembles with fear and I have no idea how to process what I just saw. Felix’s face returns to normal before he looks away from me like he’s ashamed. I barely register Ivan before he’s beside me. “Rose, it’s okay. You’re safe.” I look at Ivan with pure terror on my face that makes him flinch. “How is this okay? Are you all fucking vampires?“ “Yes,” Paul says so calmly it makes me angry. How can he be so calm about all this? “We’ve been vampires since March twelfth 1753.”
