2 Moons Novels & Stories

Also, I am happy that I am no more alone as I got a new company. Then one day that invisible voice called me near the Sun. I went there and the voice introduced us to a white gas like a thing was there. She called that as soul and it was going to be the new addition to us. He will be Moon for the planets to bring the balance among them and it will make the better habitat for the life going to form here. In a few years, the moons started forming for the planets. Climates formed. And many fascinating things happened followed by the birth of Chandran, The Moon God.

He laughed. They set up the picnic in her garden. The wok-like grill on the tripod slowly baked their dinner as they lounged on the blanket by the light of the triple moons. Rain considered them as she sipped her dream flower wine. “Can you ever see the stars? There’s all this light.” “Sometimes. They have different cycles, but we actually have a few days each month with only one moon.” “Wow. Must be hard to have much of an observatory. Who named this place the Dark Lands, then?”

“You see Astrid, I am blessed with an heir to this pack, a gift from the goddess. I have a small favor to ask you,” Great. What is it to me? It's your life, your happiness, why bother discussing it with me? “Yes, Luna. Everything you ask for” I saw her stepping forward before bringing her face close to my ear. “Be my slave for these nine months, like the good girl you are”

“Let me help you.” He slid a hand to the small of Maxton’s back, steady and sure, guiding him down until he lay floating on the water’s surface. The moon’s glow kissed every line of Maxton’s face, scattering across his body like silver fire. Arms spread, legs drifting, Maxton surrendered to the lake. The world stilled. And then he felt it. The pull. The moon tugged at his very core, a thrumming power that jolted through his head like lightning. Images crashed into him.

Stephen smirked. “Yeah you’re right. This place fits me well.” They all talked for a while but now it was getting dark the moon was coming out. “We should probably go inside.” Greg said. “I think the supper’s also ready.” Stephen told. Dara kept on looking at the moon. It seemed as the most beautiful thing she has ever seen. Ellen shook Dara, “Come on honey it’s getting dark and cold.” Dara went inside with her family but she wished to stare at that beautiful thing for a little longer.

he said, his eyes glinting with amusement. Pearl's eyes grew wide with surprise, her delicate features a picture of awe. "What? Millions? But they look so tiny," she exclaimed, her voice barely above a whisper. Eden's smile deepened, his refined nose twitching with pleasure. "Solis, which is another name for our own star, the Sun, can fit in more than 64 million moons in it, and 1.3 million Earths. And that's not the most remarkable thing – Solis is regarded as a dwarf star compared to the others."

“Baby . . . no. There’s no atmosphere up there. You’d just be a pincushion for radiation.” “Weres on the moon?” Zaneasks, walking up to me in the kitchen. He doesn’t look like he slept much. I hand him a mug of coffee. “Yup.” “Have they been over moonless planets yet?” “Yes.” “Can’t howl ’cause sound doesn’t carry?” “Yes.” “Pluto’s five moons?” “Also yes.” “The asphyxiation?” “Just now.” “Great. They must be about to wrap up.” He reaches for the sugar. I stop him with a hand on his wrist.

That was all he said and proceeded to order a large steak with a side of chips and onion rings. After placing my order I looked back at Jasper who seemed way too interested in the tomato sauce bottle on the table. “Why the phases of the moon?” I asked, nodding at the tattoo that stood out on his tanned skin. Jasper seemed satisfied with the change of subject and his shoulders relaxed a little, “Well, besides the obvious, the moon is a single celestial body yet it has so many faces. It’s ever-changing.” “I’ve always wanted to get a tattoo.” I mused, popping a piece of bread in my mouth.

His constellation is a bigger circle than the full moon—a bright ring formed by stars circled around a dense crowd of clustered stars within it. I love calling his constellation the second moon, and it feels so cliche but so right whenever I hear Al joking that Endymion only wakes up from his regal slumber every two years to whisper to Selene regarding the people she should mate together or not before going back to his sleep. Well…I could believe that myth if only Endymion will hear my prayers and whisper to Selene to make Dane my mate during the upcoming Mating Ceremony bound to happen about a couple months from now.

said Reymond in awe. "What should we do next?" said Tanner. "Hmm ... let's go around first," said Eruza thoughtfully, to which everyone agreed. "Nelson what do you see?" Leonard asked, the burly man really liked Nelson, who was considered the youngest of them. However, Nelson did not answer at all, because Leonard was curious to follow Nelson's eyes, as well as the others so that they all froze too. Two months during the day, one crescent and one full moon. The crescent moon is blue while the full moon is red. It's not natural at all.
