25min Timer Novels & Stories

His lip turns up a bit but he stops himself before actually smiling. "Fine. You get five minutes," he says and actually sets a timer for five minutes on his phone, but at least he lets me walk inside and sit down on his couch. It already feels like a win, "Time's ticking, Boss."

Set the timer for three minutes that feel like three hours. Please, I pray to whatever force in the universe decides these things. Please let this work. Please let my body do this one thing right. Please don't let me have survived surgery just to fail at the one thing I survived for. Two minutes pass. The test is still blank. One minute left. Still nothing. Thirty seconds. The control line appears. The test is working. Fifteen seconds. Still just one line. Five. Four. Three. Two. One. One line.

The time. 14-06-97-23-47. The screen flashes green. The temporal key generates, a stream of numbers cascading down the glass. A sixty-second countdown begins, pulsing like a heartbeat. I stare at it. "It works." Gabriel checks his watch. "We leave in twenty minutes." I nod. I try to lock the phone, but my hands are shaking. Fine, high-frequency tremors that I can’t suppress. He sees it. He takes my hands in his. His palms are rough, warm, steady.

I dragged it out into the light, my hands trembling so bad I almost dropped the damn thing. It was this small, matte-black box. No label, no brand name, nothing. Just a tiny red light on the corner, blinking slowly like a heartbeat. *Blink.* *Blink.* *Blink.* A timer. Wired straight to a block of dark grey clay wrapped in thick plastic. A literal, actual bomb. My brain just went totally blank. I couldn't even scream if I wanted to. The digital readout on the side was counting down from **03:45:00**.

“We need to go, NOW.” The hotel door suddenly slammed shut before any of them could reach it. Then the countdown timer appeared on the television screen again. 00:05:00 [Survive the punishment.]

I was completely unsympathetic, and I soon pulled out my new phone and turned on a timer. “Five minutes. If you don’t give me a proper explanation, then I’m never giving you another chance. I won’t wait forever, and your time starts now.” I turned the timer on and deliberately amplified the sound of the timer, giving him an indifferent look. I got the intended reaction immediately, for William was visibly panicked the moment he heard the steady ticking of the timer.

“Then we disable it first.” “We don’t have time.” He grabbed my wrist. “Demi, look at me. We need to go. Now.” The urgency in his voice snapped my head up. “What aren’t you saying?” His grip tightened. “The timer’s not just for the servers. It’s for the building.” Ice flooded my veins. “He’s bombing HQ.” A beat. Then Jeff’s mouth set in a hard line. “We have twenty-three minutes to evacuate everyone.” I turned back to the screens. Julian’s smirk taunted me.

Slowly, my stiff body began to relax a little. Knowing my time was running out, I went to the most renowned funeral shop in town and picked out a balloon urn for myself. When the urn, carried by the helium balloon, reached an altitude of 3300 to 5000 feet, the humidity sensor would detect the moisture in the clouds. It would trigger the biodegradable cap to open, and my ashes would fall with the rain, returning to the earth.

We both returned wearing them. "I want you both to start sucking my cock. If you can make me cum in less than five minutes, you will wear these without the orgasm limiter and may remove it when the battery dies, so lots of orgasms for you. If it takes between five and ten minutes, your orgasms will be restricted, but you may remove it when the battery dies and you may start having sex at six PM until midnight. If however, it takes more than ten minutes to make me cum, you will wear it until the battery dies, recharge it, and wear it again until the battery dies. No sex until the second time it dies, which according to my calculations, should be around eight PM, starting right now." He starte

“Our guys followed him. Ready?” “How long?” “Two minutes, maybe less.” The call ends. Everything tightens. It is time.
