Last Three Shots

Last Three Shots

Seeing Oliver, Jimmy immediately shrank back and apologized, "Mr. Gardner, what a coincidence! I had no idea you and your fiancée were here. Please forgive us. It's a total misunderstanding!" He pushed down on Faye's head and scolded her, "What are you looking at? Hurry up and apologize to Mr. and Mrs. Gardner!" Faye's eyes were filled with disbelief. Her expression seemed to say, "How is it that even the man Averie randomly found is better than mine?" "Averie, I want you dead!" Faye suddenly lunged to attack me, catching Oliver off guard. When I heard the sound of a craft knife cutting through the skin, I felt no pain. I looked up to see Connor standing in front of me. He gave a slight smil

Contract Lover

Contract Lover

Third person Pov “Here, you can have this,” Christopher said to Celine, not minding the many eyes in the hall with them. “Oh, thank you,” Celine said as she shyly took the coffee from his hands, a warm smile on her face. She felt grateful because she knew how long today would be, and since she had been in a hurry to leave, she couldn’t make coffee at home or buy any. The hall was silent as they watched their boss interact with Celine. Everyone kept quiet—except for Cassia.

Threes a crowd

Threes a crowd

My body naturally woke way too early as I moved my head over to Sebastian’s sleeping face. I took a deep breath in, fuck he was gorgeous and I felt giddy that he was sharing my bed. He was mine, all mine. He had taken his plaster off now and the cut wasn't as bad as I once assumed. My nursing training told me it wouldn't scar. I ran my hand ever so gently down the other side of his face, stopping at his soft lips. I ran my finger across his bottom lip and jumped slightly when it moved into a smile.

Just The 3 Of Us

Just The 3 Of Us

The problem wasn’t over yet, but at least he’s gone for now. I turned slowly to face him again. His gray eyes, sharp and cold, were fixed on me. For a split second, I felt exposed, like he could see straight through me and through my thoughts. “I… thank you,” I said quickly, bowing and forcing a smile. “And… I’m sorry for the trouble.” “That’s the third time,” he murmured, almost under his breath, before turning and walking away. I stood frozen in time for a moment, watching his facade fade down the hallway. The words echoed in my mind. The third time? My pulse skipped. Does he actually remember me? My chest tightened as I realized what just happened. Or am I just possibly overthinking thing

Dying in Three, Two, One

Dying in Three, Two, One

I waited until it was close to midnight—I had three minutes to go. I started thinking back on my life, but it was too simple and plain. There didn't seem to be much to remember. My life had been a tragedy from the moment I was born. The minutes turned to seconds, and I slumped onto the table. I had my urn and photo beside me. Five, four, three, two, one… The countdown ended, and a dead silence descended upon me. The room went silent—even the sound of my breathing disappeared. At the same time, I heard the sound of the doorknob turning. Someone was back!

When Destiny Denies A Love Story (A Gay Fantasy Romance)

When Destiny Denies A Love Story (A Gay Fantasy Romance)

Chapter 41 Third Person POV “Are you lost?” The fair man asked the little boy who had been standing, sniffling beside the temple’s peach tree. The little boy sniffled yet again as he nodded his head, tears falling down his eyes as he wiped the snot in his node with the sleeves of his shirt. The man crouched, not minding his white robes being sullied with dirt as he smiled at the boy and wiped his tear stricken face with a clean handkerchief.

Accidental Surrogate for Alpha

Accidental Surrogate for Alpha

3rd Person Ella slowly untangled herself from Sinclair’s body as he returned her feet to the ground, feeling terribly unsure of herself. The audience was still making a huge racket, but the imposing Alpha was studying her as if she was some sort of curious anomaly – one he was desperate to figure out. Her cheeks were flushed scarlet, but she followed his lead. Sinclair hadn’t looked away from her to acknowledge their onlookers – so she didn’t either.

I love this book! I hate that chapters are barely two pages and at this rate I’m probably not going to see the end. For the cost at this rate I could have bought quite a number in physical form. As I have so far spent just under of $100 this is most likely my last Good Novel purchase.

Rejected By My Mate, Claimed By Lycan Quadruplets

Rejected By My Mate, Claimed By Lycan Quadruplets

Third person POV Lisa had woken up earlier than usual, stirred by the echoes of laughter and footsteps still roaming in the hallways after the grand celebration of the previous night. Though the pack house had finally quieted, the remnants of festivity lingered everywhere—empty goblets left half-filled with wine, scattered petals from the flower bearers, and an overwhelming sense of exhaustion that clung to the servants who still tidied up what they could before sunrise.
