And then, on the horizon, a speck appeared, growing larger with each passing moment. As we watched, a magnificent shuttlecraft descended from the sky, its massive form casting a long shadow on the ground. The sleek vessel, designed to seat six with an expansive cargo hold, hovered effortlessly just a foot over the ground. David's eyes sparkled with pride as he declared, "This is Atlantis's own Star fleet, she is one of four, top of the line, and all yours! – my gift to you."

Christine then wrote to the elves to buy a three-masted warship. It didn't take long for the elves to reply that the warship was for sale, but the price would have to be raised by 30%. Christian immediately agreed. Warships in the mainland navy are divided by tonnage into single-masted destroyers, which can carry up to 50 people for coastal defense and smuggling inspections. Double-masted light cruisers, which can carry 100 people, are the main warships of various countries' navies. Triple-masted heavy cruisers, which can carry 150 people, are generally the flagships of small nations' navies. A four-masted battlecruiser can carry 300 people and is equipped with ten large bed guns for long-ra

The large lonely mansion which oozed nothing but affluence did not only house these money making halls but also had rooms above which caged workers who made this money and the bosses who ruled over them. The workers were members of X-habit, a crime conglomerate whose activities were no lesser than running guns, doing drugs and the like. The Big Four: Steven Chase, Baron Sage, Iphan Carter and Kane Richmond bossed over the conglomerate, with Steven as the head, more of a Godfather.

His voice immediately broke the silence of the scene. Everyone's attention was also diverted, and they looked over. They saw four space pirates rushing toward the merchant ship like four flashes. When Marlee saw the four people quickly approaching the merchant ship, she knew they were not simple. They should be four peak Infinity Rankers and their strength was the same as hers. Once the defense of the merchant ship was broken, they would have no chance of winning at all. If there were four peak Infinity Rankers, Marlee could only block one. Beside herself, it was possible only Fraser, the late Infinity Ranker, was the only one in this ship who could survive a single blow.

The inside of the carriage was spacious enough to accommodate four merfolk comfortably. Preparations were underway, and anticipation hung in the air. They stood on the cusp of an extraordinary journey, their hearts filled with excitement and determination. The carriage, with its hydrodynamic design, illuminated magenta waylights, and protective water shield, symbolized their readiness to traverse the vast ocean and face the challenges that lay ahead.

But for most ability users, 100 units was already a quantity that could not be ignored. He continued forward. As he walked, a hint of surprise appeared in his expression. He spotted a ship. Unfortunately, it wasn't a cargo ship, nor an energy transport vessel—it was a passenger liner. A very large one, even bigger than the cruise ship he was currently living on. He moved closer, and more of the vessel came into his spatial perception. The ship was empty. Such a massive ship… and not a single living person onboard? Then again, it made sense. More than four months had passed since the apocalypse. Food would have long run out, and without energy, freezing to death was inevitable.

Jason opened his mouth to respond, but before he could speak, Mia’s voice cut through gently but firm. “There’s a ship,” she said, looking between the Elders and Jason. “Fourteen day cruise. It departs from Adelaide, loops through New Zealand, then the top of Australia, and ends in Bali before returning. You’d be off pack lands, out of reach of duty, and… maybe closer to fate.” Nathan crossed his arms, glancing at Jason. "Wouldn’t kill us to relax. Just once." Jason sighed, rubbing the back of his neck. “I’ll think about it.”

Two of them were heavy cargo cruisers, and their company’s logo was painted in bright colors along the side. All around them was their hired protection, frigates and fighters and corvettes and mecha. The convoy’s captain - the one inside the lead cargo cruiser - hailed the Naval ships that sat a thousand meters above them. Up there was a cruiser with a three-destroyer escort. Two wings of fighters also flew around and patrolled.

It didn't just hide them from radar anymore; it absorbed the physical shock of heavy weather.
