I stare at it. It isn’t the delicate royal garment I usually wear for ceremonies, lit was made for war. Thick, deep blue with silver stitching, and a clasp shaped like the royal emblem.
“You made this for me?” I ask quietly.
He smirks. “Well, I might have ordered it. I don’t exactly sew.”
