My secretary replied with doubt in his voice. I took a bath as they prepare for my food. After, "Your Majesty, your meal is already prepared." My secretary said while standing near the dining table inside my room. "Take a seat and eat with me." I uttered while taking my seat on the other side of the table. "But your majesty, we are not allowed to eat together with any of the royal families. That is punishable with self imprisonment for 10 years for other members of the royal family aside from the King, Queen, Queen Mother and the Crown Prince which is for the rest of our lives your majesty." He immediately explained. "I am the Crown Prince and I am ordering you to eat with me." I reiterated.

Ava felt as if her eyes were going to pop out of her head and land on the carpeted floor at his feet. She looked at him in complete horror, her mouth opening and closing like a stranded fish, her heart going so hard and fast it felt as if it were going to come through the wall of her chest. “I-I’m not sure that can be arranged,” she stammered. He gave her a frowning look. “I can’t see why not. After all, I’m now the royal patron of the orphanage. It’s only fair that I give my support in ways other than financial.”

I said with a questioning eye" well I would like to perform my duty as to take your bath for you, while you sit ma'm" " Wait you mean you will take my bath for me , like bath me ?" ," Yes ma'am it our tradition to do so to the royals, and changes them and follow them around and so be of service to them whenever they need it " But I can do that myself , I don't need someone to do that for me ,thank you cassandra" ," it is not a choice miss Dominique it is my duty ma , and I will like to do that so as not to be laid off miss Dominique".

"Will you recognize the scent once you’re near this ass?" "Yes alpha, I won't forget that scent as easily!" he said, while looking down avoiding my eyes at all costs. I handed him the invite with an evil smile. I will find that soulless demon and kill that creature myself before tearing it to pieces to send out a message! "Get ready, we will be leaving at six sharp! Please wear a tux as the council will be there to monitor the function!" "Nick, do you think that this vampire might be a royal?"

Stay the course, Bailey. I have received my “gift.” It’s my duty to ensure Nick gets his. In fact… I actually think of it as an honor to follow through with this. After all, the man of royal descent chose me to bear his child. We must stick to the contract, henceforth. That notion nearly guts me, but… It’s necessary to shift to a more clinical focus. I mean, we should have opted for that from the beginning, but we can’t change the past. Just do a reboot and get back on track.

Oscar asks. “No they do belong to the men that work under me but we didn’t send anyone to attack Lady Maya.” I purse my lips. From what Nana taught me, I know that the members of the royal family have different groups, including the military who work under them. To distinguish one group from the other, each holds a royal badge that has a distinct design on it. Since Rowan’s the King he has most men of the military working under him and they keep the badge shown on the screen as a way to identify as the King’s men. Nile has one too.

“Every member of it. I do not choose my duties based on what is easy. As Duke, I also bear the responsibility to see the king’s will done properly. This was his decree. I will see it through.” The room was silent again. The nobles looked at each other. Some nodded slowly. They saw his words as brave and loyal, and also proud. It made sense. The Duke of Cinderfell, the King’s own commander, showing honor by taking on the hard job himself. It raised the importance of the mission.

“He is not fit to be King.” I shrugged. “That makes the both of us.” “I don't think so, Sir. Royalty is not power obsession. It's a duty to your people.” John said and left.

Sir Ryuk and Goel are staying here to guard the princess and prince with black knights. Thankfully her Majesty's brother, the Duke is staying here to handle the royal affairs. Also it's necessary to keep the daily records of ration sent to the knights on the borders. Although my job was only to take care of the princess and prince, I still helped the Duchess with daily routines of the royal kitchen.

[ A week and 3 days in the past ] BLUE BLOODS "So Anna, tell me, what is the purpose of a princess?" "To be a beacon of nobility, beauty and integrity to the kingdom." The palace matron gave Anna a smile and a nod as she continued. "And what is a noble woman's duty in the order of things." "Uhmmm....to bear kids for the king and groom them in order to keep the royal family name pure and strong". The palace matron then wobbled over to where Anna was sitting and ruffled her shoulder length hair.
