A Royal Duty Novels & Stories

Despite everything, I felt a surge of pride for him. “He’s not seeing anyone,” Royal said, casually slipping me the information. It didn’t surprise me—Royal had a way of knowing things. With her wide circle of friends and her work in hospital outreach programs, she was always coordinating donations and staying connected to people who knew everything about everyone. I glanced at her. “You sure about that? Maybe he’s simply keeping things private. He’s a well-known doctor, after all,” I said, trying to sound indifferent. Dante’s family had built their reputation in medicine, so, I mean, it’d be a surprise if he were still on his own.

I shake my head, "you're terrible with keeping a secret," "It's not a secret, she guessed," he holds his hands up in surrender to me. Royal Beta Kirk smiles looking at the two of us, "My future Queen, may I take your bags to your room?" Liam growls, "What is it about you and her room, that's the second time, do you have a death wish Royal Beta?" I cock a brow, "My King, is it not the Beta's duty to watch over me? Is it not his duty to assist me with my needs?"

All she knew was, she wanted to see Keyller. “Bakit, sa tingin mo, hindi ka pinagsisinungalingan ng dugong bughaw na ‘yon? Niloloko ka lang nun. Bakit ka mananatili sa bahay niya kung hindi mo naman siya kaano-ano? May obligasyon ka sa organisasyon at trabaho mo ang tuparin iyon.” Do you think that Royal blood is not lying to you? He is just fooling you. Why should he let you in his house when you and he were not even related to each other? You have an obligation in the organization and you need to fulfill that.

Anna stated. It was not a question because we both knew that it was the truth. I did think about it that way. But as I began to immerse myself in royal life, I realized it is so much hard work. We have to be awake at five in the morning to attend to royal duties, meet the press, do charities, meet with lawmakers, and stuff. We, also on several occasions, went to far-flung areas to check on the people’s condition and to provide help if needed.

“I’m ready to do my duty, father.” “Then, as your King, my first order to you is to show up at the Thanksgiving service and any official engagements of Princess Royal.” He held my shoulder. “In the name of the Lord and the Kingdom of Triberis Capria and the power vested in me as the King, I now officially awarded your title back, Princess Royal.” “Thank you, Your Majesty.” I curtsied. “Soon, you will start with your duty. I don’t want to hear any negative feedback about you. As I start my reign, you will behave like a princess, my daughter. And you will marry a suitable man for a princess.”

Thaelen realized. “No,” she said softly. “For they are not like us Thaelen. For them, being royal is about having pretty clothing and jewels and being called Your Highness, not about the obligations and responsibilities to their people. It would never occur to them to carry their sister’s body out, or to make arrangements for it, because that is something that servants do. And that priest, who should have taken that responsibility, thinks of himself as a Prince and not a servant, and so he, too, will take no ownership of the duty. It is left to us, who they call their enemy, to care for their dead Princess.”

it is now your duty and I know you will do it better" I said. He sits well and stare at us in surprise with no words. " I understand you perfectly well, I can see you are kind of surprise hearing this from me, the truth your brother gave up his royal duty and everything up and we think you will fit in perfectly" I said. " Remy gave up his title and the company? Why? Why would he do that? I asked.

he declared, "but a profound responsibility. One that I do not take lightly." I felt a shiver run down my spine as his words echoed through the hall. He spoke of his commitment to serve his Majesty with unwavering dedication, to utilize every resource at his disposal, and to draw upon the depths of his knowledge and experience to fulfill his duties. His voice was filled with conviction, and I could see the sincerity in his eyes as he pledged his loyalty.

Daddy just rolled his eyes, then they glassed over as he mindlinked Rodger to take me to school. “Again Felicity, it is not proper for Royals to drive themselves. It is also not safe.” Daddy always said we as leaders were Royal. I always felt like we were more like an electric official as a person could challenge an Alpha and take their role. Though it wasn’t just winning the fight but of drinking their blood and having them reject their claim. Thus the electric position.

It has been many years that the Amyrgians received her that she cannot spill long conversations in Oriental. “But they are different,” Darina said. “Indeed!” Tali exclaimed. “You should not discourage yourself about what they already had done. All of us have responsibilities in the kingdom. You are a Royal Knight. You ensure the security of the people and rescue the besieged. While us, we are maidservants. We have no just housework, but we also have to ensure the food provision will reach our house. We also have to guard it and help our clan to prevent any epidemic.”
