Of course she just lived a free life yet it wasn't close to what she expected. Her eyes turned dark as she gazed at nothing, all those memories she tried to keep kept flooding back, in the past she would have cried and wailed but now only revenge was clearly seen in her dark eyes, though she had nothing to loose yet she could put her self in a lot of danger. Her dark eyes glistened, she trusted her family yet they let her down, she fell blindly for who she was not supposed to fall with. She smirked, revenge would be so sweet but first, her plans has to go on flawlessly, her family would taste what she tasted.

“I’ve always respected you — whether as Chase or as Alpha.” My voice didn’t shake this time. “I hope you don’t worry too much about me. Even if I have thoughts, they have nothing to do with you. Nothing I’d ever dare act on.” He stepped forward, grabbed my chin in his hand. “Really?” he hissed. “You were always like this — two-faced. You acted sweet in front of me and stabbed Wynette in the back. I’ve never met anyone more deceitful.” His grip was cruel, and my breath caught in my throat.
