Savage Love

Savage Love

He thought about her words, her promises to help him exact revenge on Aurelio Rexton's grip on the glass tightened, his knuckles white with tension. "I'll get my chance," he whispered, his voice dripping with venom. "And when I do, Aurelio will pay for what he's done,if not for anything for everything I’ve lost these past years, he’s dearly going to pay." The whiskey glass shattered on the floor, a stark reminder of the fragility of life and the depth of Rexton's anger. He rose from the couch, his eyes blazing with determination, his heart consumed by an unquenchable thirst for revenge.

Her Revenge

Her Revenge

“We’re taking everything that matters to him. We begin with Nowelle—then, we finish him. You’ll gain his trust. His heart. You’ll access files, schedules, finances. Every move he makes, I want to know it before he does. Understood?” I stay quiet, processing. This means seeing him more—more than I want to. Just the thought of being near him again stirs feelings I’d rather bury. But then I remember what his father did to mine. I don’t care if I have to be his chef, his driver, his dog walker—I’ll do whatever it takes to destroy them. “Okay, Uncle. As long as Stephen pays in the end, I’ll do anything.” He nods. “Apply tomorrow. Blend in. Be useful. You alone hold the key to your revenge.”

Billionaire Alpha's Ex-wife and Her Hidden Cubs

Billionaire Alpha's Ex-wife and Her Hidden Cubs

"For what that's worth, I'm sorry." Dante released him with a shove. "Sorry. Such a weak word. Such an insufficient word." He returned to his desk, opened a drawer, and pulled out a gun. He set it on the desk between them. "I've dreamed of this moment. Planned it. When I learned Richard had a son, a family, I knew. I knew that eventually, I'd have my revenge. That the sins of the father would be visited on the son." "Then take your revenge. But let my family go."

THE DEVIL'S OBSESSION

THE DEVIL'S OBSESSION

I will do it" He suddenly screamed. Dante smirked, dropping his gun down. This wasn’t just revenge. It wasn’t even justice. It was retribution. It was a reckoning. And Dante was the storm delivering it.

Obsession of the King: A Luna’s Revenge

Obsession of the King: A Luna’s Revenge

“But yes, if you want to hear it clearly—I killed her.” He stared at me, probably hoping he didn’t hear it right. I traced his face with my claw, for a second I thought about ripping it but it was too messy, I don’t want his blood to stain my dress more. So I finally said, “You have the privilege to join her.” All my hatred accumulated to this scene, every bitter memory flashed in the back of my mind. Colton desperately uttered, “You lost. This entire revenge means you still care.” I was unfazed and just let my claws dig into his skin, dragging down flesh and blood from his neck to his chest. He screamed in pain.

So far this book deserves way more than 5 stars. The Female lead is multi faceted, tough and intelligent. The male lead is top tier. Their chemistry is off the charts and the story itself is interesting with appropriately paced plot development. It's hard to find books this good on this app.

Best part of the story is the great villain because her stepmother is evil and smart effective and not like other shallow villain. It's like she is the same with Veronica. Their relationship is deep. Her revenge plans are justified. The main focus is her but the curse of Sebastian is intriguing also

RETRIBUTION: A BULLY ROMANCE BOOK TWO

RETRIBUTION: A BULLY ROMANCE BOOK TWO

"They're pushing me to my limit." Riley placed her hands on mine, her eyes full of worry. "Athena, are you okay?" she asked softly. I looked up at her, and honestly, right now, different emotions were flowing through me, but the most prominent was anger. I was so pissed that I didn't mind going along with Austin's idea. But death was not an appropriate punishment for Dylan and his buddies. "I'm so pissed. I can barely contain my rage. He really had to do this, but I'm grateful. It only makes my thirst for revenge greater," I answered, squeezing her hand softly.

HE BROKE ME; THEN HE OWNED ME

HE BROKE ME; THEN HE OWNED ME

But as I reached the door, I turned for one last glance at the man who destroyed my world… and then walked into the flames for me. What kind of monster does that? No… what kind of woman mourns him? “Are you going to forgive him for all he’s done to you?” Reid asked, his voice low as he pulled a dagger from inside his coat. “No,” I replied without hesitation. “Of course I won’t. I’ll take my revenge.” He studied me for a beat, then threw the dagger at my feet. It landed with a dull thud on the tiled floor, gleaming under the hospital lights.

Accidentally Kidnapped the Warlord and Became His Wife

Accidentally Kidnapped the Warlord and Became His Wife

I bit out, the words tasting like rust. Vincent shook his head slowly, a weary king disappointed in a foolish heir. “No. You don’t even know what revenge looks like. Men who want revenge build empires from ashes. They make the world remember their names. You? You hide in the shadows, lurking, hunting. You just kill. And kill. And kill again. Not for them. Not for your blood. Just because you can’t stop.” My grip faltered, just for a breath, before I steadied it again. My heart roared inside my chest.

Beautiful Revenge

Beautiful Revenge

"You need to be careful, I don't think it will be easy to mess up with him." "I know. I need to play with his pride first.." "I know that you're trying your best for this revenge but please don't get hurt in the process. I rather have you just kill them right away instead of playing with their emotions." "It won't be fair, Wilson. For years, Rector Reyes tortured my parents. I won't let him die easily, he needs to experience the pain first then I will kill him with my own hands." I said in a cold tone. "How about Alan? He doesn't know a thing about this, so why attacking him?"

Rebirth: Ice Queen

Rebirth: Ice Queen

“So what you’re trying to make me understand is that those assholes killed Liliana, and all you’ve done is block their money and strip them of their company? Gosh, you’re more foolish than I thought!” The voice was silent for a moment, as though stunned by her outburst. Finally, it replied, cold and measured. “Revenge takes time. Their ruin isn’t complete, but it’s in motion. Unlike you, I don’t act on impulse. And there’s more—something I uncovered in the process.” Liliana scoffed. “Impulse? You think denying them some funds counts as a strategy? You’re letting them breathe, letting them plot. They should’ve been eliminated the moment you had the chance! Their blood should be flowing by now

Frequently Asked Questions

The revenge plot in the novel is a slow burn, simmering under the surface until it finally boils over in the most unexpected ways. At first, the protagonist seems almost passive, observing his enemies from a distance, gathering information like a spider weaving an intricate web. But every small action—a whispered rumor here, a carefully planted piece of evidence there—builds toward something bigger. The real brilliance is how the revenge isn’t just about physical retaliation; it’s psychological. He dismantles their reputations, turns allies against each other, and leaves them questioning everything they thought they knew. By the time the final act unfolds, it’s less about violence and more about watching them destroy themselves with the seeds he’s sown.

One of the most chilling moments is when the protagonist lets his target believe they’ve won, only to reveal that every 'victory' was orchestrated. The novel plays with power dynamics so well—shifting who holds the upper hand in ways that keep you guessing. And the revenge doesn’t end with just one person; it cascades, affecting entire networks of people tied to the original betrayal. What sticks with me is how the story makes you question whether revenge ever truly satisfies, or if it just leaves everyone hollow in the end.
