A Stone Is Dropped Into A Deep Well Novels & Stories

A place where your deepest fears tower over you. 'How do I get out of this deep well,' I thought to myself. I dropped my notes, my bag— I dropped everything, just as everyone dropped me. I slumped into the floor, my breath wheezing as my limbs started to feel too heavy to move. ‘Everything will be better soon, Belle.’

"Don't bring your childhood garbage here. I don't have time to playhouse." With a swift, unhesitating motion, I hurled the stone toward the campus pond. Thud. Splash. The stone sank into the water and gone without a trace. Julian stood paralyzed, his face completely pale.

But now, I would want to find my way out of this desert, it was hot and my feet was almost burning out, I was too thirsty that my I started getting breathing problems over and over again. I walked a distance and I saw what looks like it was hope for me, it was a deep hole in the middle of nowhere, it looked up like a well and I thought of getting water in there. "Water at last," I said to myself as I walked up to the well, Ahhhhhhhhhh…. ! I screamed so badly as I fell down into a hole as I approached the well. I did not stop screaming as the well seems that it was so endless and I could not hit the ground of it.

They all laughed, Suddenly, Stone steps screamed beneath hurried feet as though the figure plunged downward. By the time he reached the dungeon floor, the world above felt distant like a dream abandoned at the edge of the stairs, while the depths waited, patient and unforgiving. He shouted, “THE CURSE HAS BEGUN. WE ARE IN DANGER”

I muttered, and began my descent. The moment I entered the well shaft, the temperature dropped several degrees. Damp, cool air rushed past my face as I lowered myself hand over hand down the rope. The walls glistened faintly—silver embedded in the stone catching what little moonlight reached the depths. About ten meters down, my foot slipped on the slick wall, scraping against the surface. Instant, searing pain shot up my leg as silver made contact with my skin. I bit back a curse, tightening my grip on the rope.

Ethan began pushing against the rock, using all his strength to try and dislodge it. The rock was stubborn, refusing to budge at first. But as the creature neared, its claws scratching against the stone, Ethan felt a surge of adrenaline. With one last thrust, the rock moved, the ground underneath it splitting. Ethan jumped back just as the rock broke free, tumbling down into the chasm below.

And she set them on fire. Immediately flames erupted, the stones like flames began to recoil to reveal a dark space beneath. The entire order of stones began to recoil stone after stone. It happened so fast that Olive was taken by surprise and soon found herself falling into the abyss. She screamed and tried to grasp unto nothing. The fall was deep, but thankfully it happened fast and she soon landed with a thud on a ground with smooth and soft grass. Her bag fell right by her head mini seconds later.

After some time, Quinn looked down again, and a look of joy spread on her pale face. She saw the bottom of the sinkhole! The bottom was steep and filled with rocks. Not only that, but she also saw the miner’s hat that she dropped. Once again, Quinn took a deep breath and moved 30 meters downward. At this moment, she was about 8 to 9 meters from the ground, about three stories high. However, she could not descend anymore as she ran out of rope. Quinn’s expression changed. After looking around and below her, she noticed a few of the rocks were protruding.

The interior was totally dark hence, she tried to hurry and return. Just as she started dragging out the full pail, she heard a voice whisper her name from behind. She was just about to turn around when she felt a pair of hands shove her forward. The pail slipped from her hand at the same time she lost her footing. She was shoved again and she tumbled headfirst into the well, her screams of fear swallowed up by the hollowness of the well.

The path is getting deeper until we reach the spacious earth hole. Crimson light is coming from the random huge thorns coming from the walls of the hole. It's almost similar to how religious humans describe the passage of hell. Cados tosses a rock into the hole, we heard it clatter when hit with the thorns, but not the dead end. "This is where we throw down those sentenced with death penalties. It's about five hundred feet deep. Are you sure you're going down there? I've never heard anyone thrown there miraculously come up again. They were all extinct to death. I'm so sorry about your friend..."
