Jack nodded his thanks and let the fireball that was floating in his palm ready to free him fizzle out. They dove down below into the dark murky water. Alex used her hand to feel along the side of the well. She tapped on the wall every few meters to get a good idea of what was around them. The well was incredibly deep and had what seemed to be layers of barrel shaped items at the bottom. Maybe hundreds of them. She located the hatch using the taps against the well's sides that send thunderous waves of sound out and back again. Jack followed her as she swam for the door.

-HER- After some moments, I find myself peeking inside the well just like yesterday. A rough and cold hand pulls me inside before I am sucked inside the well by the gravity. This time, I fall willingly. I close my eyes and anticipate the fall. The sound of the wind whooshing past my ears is the same as that of yesterday. The sense of uprightness is lost. I can only feel myself falling before the ground makes its presence known to me when I feel it’s hardness under my feet.

He closed his eyes and waited for the end. But the end did not come. He just kept falling and falling. He could not see anything and the well seemed to have no end. The air was much denser and unusually threatening.

I leaned over the top slightly thinking of what I could do when I was suddenly pushed from behind and I couldn't stop the fall because of my position. I screamed loudly as I fell into the well, banging my head and legs and I failed in my attempt to grab onto something. I landed with a thud and everything went black.

He expected a freefall, but as soon as his body crossed the threshold, he felt as though he were sliding down a soft tunnel, buoyed by a flow of water and light. It was cold, but it didn't leave him wet. The well was far deeper than it appeared. He descended for perhaps ten seconds before his feet touched a solid floor. But this floor... wasn't stone or dirt.

Third Person POV She just stared at it for awhile. Nicolette hands trembled as she watched small rocks and pebbles drop down into the deep chasm. She counted how long it would take for a pebble hit the bottom of the revenue, 68 seconds. It took 68 seconds for a pebble to fit the bottom. She stood in shook as she counted over, and over, and over again. It was shocking to her that she could do that. Nicolette started to tremble and she ran to a tree and threw up the small snacks she ate throughout the day.

He turned it twice, his mind trying to calculate the clearance, before he just dropped it into the open space. It hit the dirt with a heavy, solid thud. Dimitris tapped the top of the stone twice with his wooden mallet. He let out a short grunt, nodded once, and walked back to the pile for another one.
