Ava's Better Idea The message haunted Lily all night. God. Absolutely haunted her. Fair. Not a scary haunting. Reasonable. A curious haunting. God. The worst kind. Fair. Because now she needed to know. Reasonable honestly. What was the better idea? God. What could possibly be better than Operation Escape Grounding? Fair. Not that the last plan was good. Reasonable. It was terrible. God. Objectively terrible. Fair. But still. Reasonable honestly.

Launching into my idea for a free city, we spoke for the next two hours about all it would take, the pros and cons, how it would be regulated, and how it would be handled when it came to our community. Once we finally hung up, all I wanted was a nap. I also wanted to go home. I also didn’t want to have to deal with all this. I also didn’t want to have to stay out here in a forest I didn’t know. It brought back painful memories. Ones that I didn’t want coming to surface in a group full of my own warriors and knights.

She always felt as if she was standing still in a place while her life just moved forward leaving her behind while she watched it happen without any protest. She never understood life as everyone did. She did not know what kind of life she wanted for herself but she always knew it was not like that… always running around… racing time with grit. Chasing after success and recognition. Passion was something she did not understand no matter how much she tried. There were things she liked doing, sure. Like painting. She liked filling her thoughts with colors. But it was only her hobby… she was not passionate about it. She sure did not want to chase after it as if her life depended on it…

The room fell silent, the only sound the steady rhythm of my breathing as I tried to gather my thoughts and find the words to respond. "Weirdo," I muttered under my breath and heard someone out of the two again choking on the air because of my response.

Mason chuckled. "There's still time, don't put any ideas in her head," Chris chuckled. Annie felt awkward like she had with Chris that morning. "I think I'm going to try one of the new recipes," Annie said, she would soon use it as an excuse to leave. "I think you should try the peri chicken, you have the ingredients don't you?" Chris recommended. Annie nodded, with a happy smile on her face. Finally, she would have something to focus on. Something to do besides watching TV.

Candy asked. “I like the way you think.” Stolas said, his lips twitching into a smile as he looked at Annie, “What about you, do you like that idea?” “Yes, lets get some take out?” Annie said as they walked towards the jeep. “I vote for Mexican food.” “Are you only saying that because I won’t say no?” Annie asked, as Candy leaned closer to her with a smile. “Yes, what is it they say?” She asked licking her lips, “Happy wife, happy life?”

He says when I slide inside the vehicle. "I know, right?" I joke. "Did you sleep well?" "Yeah. Like a rock." I answer. "Me too. You look great today, that sleep did you wonders." If only he knew... "Thanks. I see you are yet again in a t-shirt." "Well, it's warm enough." "Humm humm." I look outside deep in thoughts. "What are you thinking about?" "How do you think a wild animal got inside the Diner and murdered those women?" I asked him.

“Just caught it on something.” I could feel his eyes on me, then he let out a quiet breath and took another drink instead. “I’ve had better mornings,” I replied, keeping things casual. “I heard the Wild Rose made a comeback,” he added casually. “Word travels.” I let out a breath. “She did.” He studied me for a moment longer, like he could see more than I wanted him to. “And Blackridge?” I asked quickly, shifting the focus. “Anything new in Stonehaven?” Arthur didn’t answer straight away.

Iris moaned, her tits bouncing wildly as he pounded into her from behind. Cathy couldn’t help but stare. The fantasy she had played over and over in her mind for a long time was happening right in front of her, more vivid and visceral than any dream.
