Making Past Perfect

When their accountant of thirty years ran off with a client’s money, he found the gaps in the books in less than a week. “People think real estate is about buildings,” Peter told Matthew once. “It’s not. It’s about seeing through walls.”

A Secretive Deal with My Billionaire Boss

A Secretive Deal with My Billionaire Boss

"You can memorize marketing strategies and quarterly projections. You can handle a little real estate jargon." Three hours and one cup of coffee later, I'd filled half a notebook with terms I needed to G****e: cap rates, NOI calculations, and tenant improvement allowances. My brain felt like it was trying to learn Mandarin overnight. I fell asleep with "Commercial Real Estate Finance Fundamentals" open on my chest, dreaming of buildings that kept changing shape every time I tried to appraise them. Saturday morning arrived with sunshine streaming through my blinds and a crick in my neck from falling asleep on the couch. I showered quickly, threw on jeans and a sweater, and headed to Hallmark

The book was strong but about half way I started noticing repetitive sentences or even paragraphs with slight difference, in the same chapter. Im noticing major inconsistencies with the story line now that im at chapter 411 and see the story has been "ongoing" for over a year. almost ready to turff.

Whatever the reason for delaying the update, giving us only 4 episodes per 10,12 days isn't enough. Give us at least 7 or 8 episodes please!! It should be worth waiting for so long. I always have to re read previous episodes to remember what was happening in the story before starting new ones sadly

Goodbye, My Love

Goodbye, My Love

Britney stood up from the chair and walked to the floor-to-ceiling window, looking at the bustling traffic downstairs, flowing endlessly. The Schwartz family was primarily engaged in real estate. They also relied on real estate to make a fortune, so the Schwartz family can be considered as one of the early birds who caught the opportunity. Real estate brings in substantial profits, but it also requires significant initial investment and carries high risks. However, in the past two years, the Schwartz family suffered a significant loss due to a series of incidents related to a property development project.

Craving My Sister’s Hot Husband

Craving My Sister’s Hot Husband

“I’m listening.” “It’s a distressed property development opportunity. Prime location, undervalued because of the current market panic. The investors who got in early are already seeing significant returns. Properties appreciating forty to fifty percent in weeks.” “That’s impossible in this market.” “That’s what I thought too. But my contact showed me the numbers. The comps. It’s legitimate.” She opens the folder, showing me glossy presentations and financial projections that look too good to be true. “The development is in a designated opportunity zone. Tax incentives. Government subsidies. All the advantages.”

The Billion-Dollar Payback Plan: She Woke Up Richer Than The

“Let’s talk about what your... inheritance is doing while you’re not watching.” We talked investments. Real estate. Hospitality. Tech startups. Luxury goods. Stocks. Bonds. ETFs. He laid it all out like a buffet of future power. He scribbled notes on a legal pad while flipping through screens. “Now, with that kind of capital,” he said smoothly, “I’d strongly recommend diversifying. We’re looking at high-yield real estate, particularly hospitality—the post-inflation boom has created a seller’s market. Small boutique hotels, especially around tourist zones, are ripe for flipping.”

My Husband Brought Another Woman, I Chose His Best Friend

My Husband Brought Another Woman, I Chose His Best Friend

His tone was calm, but the question carried weight. It was a fair question, one that deserved a confident answer, but my eyes dropped briefly to the screen as I skimmed through the notes again. Predictive analytics, property data, market behavior, all sitting there in clean bullet points that suddenly felt more complicated than they had moments ago. “We’re building something that helps people know where to invest before the market catches up,” I said slowly, letting the idea form as I spoke, before lifting my gaze back to them. “In simple terms, we’re making real estate smarter.”

MARRIED TO MY EX-FATHER IN LAW.

MARRIED TO MY EX-FATHER IN LAW.

I can't remember. We eat more. The silence is easier now. "Can I ask you something?" Ocean says. "About your businesses. You mentioned real estate and tech. What does that actually mean?" He looks relieved to be asked. Like he knows how to talk about this. "Real estate is property development. Buying buildings, renovating, selling or renting. Mostly commercial properties. Some residential." He takes a sip of wine. "It's the legitimate side of things. Clean money. Good for taxes and appearances."

Alpha's Eight Secret Babies

Alpha's Eight Secret Babies

“At least it won’t be wasted.” The idea sounded good. But when I thought deeper, I frowned. “How do people even invest in bonds?” I bit my lower lip and sank a little into the seat. I barely understood the difference between mutual funds and shares. The thought of it gave me a headache. The radio in the cab was on, the presenter’s voice filling the silence. “Indeed, real estate is gold,” the man said. “It has been stable over the last five years. It doesn’t rise much unless the government starts a big project, but it’s safe.”

Lies And Betrayal

Lies And Betrayal

She explained, "I believe the aviation business is too capital-intensive, requiring significant money to start and operate. On the other hand, real estate and building development have a certain time-bound appreciation. Something which aviation can never have; it will only depreciate." It was unclear whether Samson agreed with Rachna's view; he recognised her argument's validity. "Real estate investments can be a relatively safe and stable way to build wealth over time. On the other hand, aviation can be a more volatile and risky investment, as it is subject to factors like fuel costs, regulatory changes, and shifts in demand." "And since I inherited my family property," Rachna said, "it was
