"Are you sure Uncle will allow you to travel to France, knowing the reason?" Chloe asked her, playing with a spoon and fork on the empty plate at the dining table. "Without any doubt, it would be a struggle I will go through, but he has to allow me at the end." Abigail winked at the end after she answered her. Abigail tied her dark brown hair in a high ponytail that reached below her shoulders; her hair was silky and straight like her mother's, and her teal eyes had expertise in hiding her emotions until she wanted to express them.

She asked eagerly, but Mia's answer came in the form of a deep hiss. "Are you out of your freaking mind, Abigail? Why the hell would I care about Dave?" Mia's sudden outburst didn't surprise Abigail. She never liked Dave. In fact, Mia hated Dave for her, she had always believed that Abigail deserved someone much better, even though she was deeply in love with Dave. The detectives keep talking about a motive but I don't know why they are really trying hard to pin a murder on me. "And would you mind enlightening us further on the motive detective?" Attorney Stiles spoke up with a chuckle. "It is to our knowledge Miss Abby had a fling with Mr. Clay, she became obsessed with him and started stalking him even after the end of the relationship, our sources reveal Mr. Clay got engaged to Miss Taylor months later, which led to Miss Abby arguing with her outside the hall before kidnapping her." I raised my head and stared at the detectives confused, I stared back at Darren and noticed his face twitching, I can tell he actually believed all they were saying.

She turned to face me, a scowl on her face, she signified to the guards to let go of me to which they obeyed and released me from what felt like a death grip pushing me forward roughly. That was enough to send Abigail into shock, she had a plan, if he was unwilling to let the cat out of the bag, maybe she was just pushing him to forget his initial resolve and then doing something weird that was going to lead him astray. Aiden yells, bursting out with laughter like a maniac. As I empty the drink in my glass, Aiden shoves his phone screen right into my face.
