If he was Zark, then one of his priorities was to use his power correctly; the least he wanted was to be a ruthless dictator. My little theory claims and explain such less powerful alpha aim his desire actualization through every pack enslavement. A single alive alpha alone. Either less powerful, averagely powerful or extremely powerful. Such last existing alpha will be termed and viewed the most powerful alive.
