Ace's Brother Novels & Stories

I spent the whole weekend in New York drinking alone. I was surprised, depressed and lost, after knowing Fai and Damian are brothers. I feel like there's no way to turn back and start from the beginning again. All my plans fell apart. I can say Damian is a good man and I am sure he won’t go back to me when he knows I am with his brother, Fai. Now, I don’t know what I should do? End my game with Fai and pursue Damian or continue the plan since I need more information about Damian, Anna and others.

My heart was light, and my eyes brimmed with emotion as I watched Ace and Amy bond. Ace was gently explaining to Amy, “You know, I’m actually your older brother.” Amy tilted her head, confused, and signed, “Weren’t you always?” He chuckled, eyes shining with emotion. “Yes. You are right.” Amy and Ace had always shared a rare bond, one that didn’t need words. They could feel each other’s pain, always. No matter the distance, no matter the silence. “Don’t just call me Ace,” he said teasingly. “I’m older. Call me brother.”

I finally asked, my voice sounding weird through the tensed air. No one answered for a few seconds which stretched into minutes. The apprehension tripled and I gulped uncomfortably. What the hell was up with these people? My hold on the box of chocolates tightened, the chocolates seemed to be the only sensible thing right now. Finally Ace answered. "He is my step brother." And just like that the axis of my world titled. -- Well? How's that for a twist, huh?

“As you can see, this isn’t the best time right now. So say what it is that you have come here to say, and leave.” “Hmm, Little Theodore, son of Christos and Katerina Drakos.” Ace hisses with contempt and an underlay of amusement. “You should seriously watch your tone when you are addressing an elder of The Brotherhood. Unlike you, I earned my seat at the table and I didn’t need to kill my daddy to secure my status.” Gnawing on my inner cheek, I hear Theo grind his molars at the sound of Aces’ power-wielding tone of voice, making it apparent Ace has struck a nerve.

Ace snapped, gritting his teeth. Asher’s smirk widened, the kind that made Ace question his life choices. "If you are, you're dead. I won’t let you anywhere near my sister," Asher said calmly, but his tone hinted at serious consequences. "You’re crazy! Snow is like a sister to me," Ace yelled, and Asher’s grin only deepened. "If you say so." "What a creepy brother," Ace muttered under his breath and yawned lazily. He stood up and dusted off his pants.

I apologized smiling slightly. "It's alright," he smiled at me, "You're Alexia, right?" "Yeah," i replied and nod, "And you are?" "I'm Alexander. You can call me Alex," He started, "Ace's younger brother. Can you see the resemblance?" He pointed to himself. "I can see the resemblance." I smiled at him. "Nice to meet you, Alex. I didn't know Ace had a brother." I really didn't know. Even if im meeting Alex for the first time, i could tell he is nothing like Ace. Ace is cold, emotionless and serious most of the time. While Alex seemed a chill dude, he seemed cool.

“That’s enough. If you don’t want Leigh, then send her back to her home. I’ll be the one to pay her grandfather’s debt,” Ace declared. I coughed and looked at Ace. That really caught me off-guard and I didn’t expect him to say that. I thought that he’s much worse than Bryce, but to my surprise, I was wrong. Not that he is any better but if I’ll compare him to his brother, I could say that he’s not that bad.

I cried so much I even lost track of time, I lost the strength to go back, mainly I don't want to face him. "Who do we have here" I heard Chike voice, they are now getting ready for their waec. Yea I forgot to say am now the Assistant prefect, Oliver the prefect. Am not enjoying it as I thought. Its even stressful "What do you want" I have no strength. "Does your brother knows you are here" he asked I didn't reply "men, I have never seen a brother love a sister so much" he said and definitely got my attention

If I was not here, I'm sure this would be a bloody mess. “What the f*ck is going on? Seriously? You’re snarling with each other inside my house?” I exclaimed. My head is aching with everything that is happening. I think this is the first time that I cussed out of anger. Ace looked at me and was taken back. I guess he just realized what he did. I saw him gulp. “That guy is my half-brother, Bliss.” My eyes widened. I covered my mouth from being shocked. I looked at them, both with their teeth gritted from anger.

Rich into rich huh? I opened the doors almost immediately after the call. I can feel my hungry stomach growling. Mom is out of town with her husband so I guess I'm really stuck with my rude step brother. I was beginning to think my attraction to him was my punishment. This was karma. While he had touched me, I’d wished for someone else, and that someone came in the form of him being my step brother. I heard my step brother in the foyer talking with some associate. I understood my attraction to the man. His hands were rough, his voice deep, his presence commanding . . . he checked all the boxes I needed but didn’t want.
