"You will be happier in the future." I nodded. While the fireworks were still booming in the distance, the sea breeze carried the scent of spring. Suddenly, I remembered a scene from many years ago. I once stood next to another person with eager hopes for the future as well. As it turned out, the future did not reside within that person. The future was here. Right here, within the eyes of the person next to me, with her hands holding mine. The future was in the cup of coffee she made for me every morning. It was in her habit of refusing to let me lift heavy objects. It was in the way she looked at me.

I continued to talk while he already stood up and was dragging me to the door. “I just heard too many soon’s and that’s all I could get into my head.” He said and I laughed letting him to drag me. How everything turned out? This is nothing but unexpected from my future those few months back, but the expected would have hurt or many not. What if I actually was just a PA and he tried to seduce me? I would have slapped him for sure. Maybe unexpected is really a good thing for it to happen.

Those few words cracked through every lie he'd been telling himself. He wanted to say time travel wasn't real. But he knew that handwriting. The way he wrote the N in her name. He'd designed it himself, with that tiny personal flourish. After all these years, it was muscle memory. Since he couldn't deny writing the notes, Joshua switched tactics. [Even if I did write them six years from now, so what?] [None of that has happened.] [I lost focus for a while. "I am from the future where Japan is a united country and there are no more wars between its provinces. A place where technology is advance and the people are modernly civilized." I continued. His eyes widened when he heard about it.

Valentine said with a very slight interest. Scientist though he was happy to have raised the slight interest, he wasn't happy with the word 'future'. "I have to apologize to you, Young Crimson but time traveling to the future isn't possible right now. I could only succeed in cracking down the code to the past but the future is still to be achieved" came the disappointed reply from the scientist. "Then why call it a Time machine but instead it should be a past travel machine." Valentine joked and the Scientist laughed along even though not liking him constantly joking about his invention.

"Waverly, as long as you want to, we can always get married again," Bellamy said in a deep voice. Waverly failed to believe him, "How could we get married again? My video has been spread everywhere already. A lot of people have already seen it, and there's no undoing that. The only solution to the problem is to use a time machine, but those don't exist, for if they did, people from the future would have travelled to our era a long time ago."

"Besides, it's not like anyone would believe us!" Garrix stopped for a moment, lowering his hand and raising it back to his glasses to push them up his nose. At that moment, he saw another river made in the timeline. He forlong saw that the geeks would come and eavesdrop, so he said nothing. He quickly saw a rather interesting possibility in the future. "Well, what are you waiting for, Garrix?" Joshua rose a brow, then noticed the wizard drop his hand down. "I think they can hold on to their promise...just this once." He smiled.

Kael roared, slamming into the command chair. ​"The Iron-Blood and the Outriders are tethered to us!" Elia’s hands were a blur across the bioluminescent controls. "But the gravity is pulling the 'Time-Sense' out of the ship. Kael, if we enter the Inkwell, we might come out a billion years in the future—or a billion years in the past."

“I will show you something.” The scenery shifted. Arah blinked against a sudden burst of light, and in an instant, she was transported to a time much closer to the present. Drusden glanced around, his eyes wide, flinching at the sounds of old cars and the clamor of a nearby construction site. “W-what is this place?” he asked with awe. “This is the future,” Zephyr said, his gaze sweeping over the bustling city. “Humans have come a long way with their technology, but they are still the same vile creatures—only now, they have learned to hide their depravity better over time.”

“Generally, in the celestial realm, there is no particular measure or flow of time. A lot of timelines merge here so we can see the past, present and future altogether here. Maybe it's our Veenie communicating with us from the future.” Serena explains and I nod. That makes sense. All of this is so new and complicated, it almost makes my head spin. It makes me realize that the universe is so much bigger and full of possibilities that we haven’t explored. “It's so cool!” Serena mutters in excitement.
