—the latest tech from the Aethel-Group, connected to a cloud-based AI. The teenager leaned in, their giant face inches from ours. "Hey, Kaima," the teenager said, a grin spreading across their face. "That was a cool level. What do you want to do now? We can go to the 'Space' level, or I can d******d the 'Zombie' expansion." I looked at the silver pen in my hand. It was the size of a toothpick now. I looked at the computer screen. I saw the Aethel-Group logo in the corner.

the driver asked. “In the Light Bar,” Aisha responded. She thinks she might go to the bar and need a drink to forget what happened a while ago. “I will fucking kill that girl with your husband, Aisha! I will fucking kill her! How are they making you cry, and that asshole! How dare he hurts you?!” Kai—her wolf, was understandably more aggressive than usual. Aisha held onto her chest; she could still hear the loud beating of her heart; Kai was about to go and take over her body, “Calm down, Kai. I settled that already; keep quiet,”

Curse Of Tethys, Hellblades Series Part 3 of 3

Curse Of Tethys, Hellblades Series Part 3 of 3

“An aether dragon. Speak your name human, I can sense the presence of your guardians.” “I am Manolya Kara,” I answered cautiously. “And my companions are Aziz and Pareia.” “Little human, are you ready to fight then?” The dragon’s voice echoed directly inside my head, etching its heavy words inside my heart. I could feel the immense weight of him, the raw, ancient power vibrating through the air, and I nodded, keeping my voice as steady as possible as I answered, “I am ready.” With a deep inhale, Atherius breathed in a massive stream of aether energy from the crisp mountain air, completely filling its lungs.

And its eyes… They burned like molten metal. “What is that?” I whispered. Ash studied the creature with something that looked suspiciously like satisfaction. “That,” he said, “is called a Vorathrax.” The creature’s massive claw struck the stone wall as it moved, gouging deep trenches through the rock as though the labyrinth itself were nothing more than soft clay. “I created it,” Ash continued calmly. My head turned toward him. “You… what?” “I was experimenting with ways to create a stronger soldier for the demon armies. Something that could not be killed easily. Something unstoppable.”

Eidolon Avenue: The First Feast

Eidolon Avenue: The First Feast

Crystal Lake Publishingfrom ruin, she roselady misfortune
She glanced toward Benji, not wanting to see Peabody’s waxen face or unblinking eyes or ghoulish grin. He stood, her beloved. His body abandoned and forgotten, the memory of who he was waited, his eyes on the ceiling. All those failures feeding your shadow. Peabody’s breath was cold against her cheek as he smiled, his eyes, too, lifting skyward to the dusty, dingy, yellow stretch above. And now, your trip into forever. And against all reason, her thoughts too slow to stop her, she looked up. On the ceiling above, the dead lived. But not the rats and beetles and bugs and snakes she feared waited in the hidden spaces of Eidolon. No. This was a seething swarm of human souls fighting what felt l

My World Of Mystery

My World Of Mystery

Aimee answers sheepishly as a shy smile forms on her lips. "If that is what Her Highness wishes," Airel responds as she curtsies at her. Aimee has managed to get used to being called with such respect. Although she wasn't comfortable at first given the time, she spent getting disrespected at the academy and being bullied by the students there. Mated to the beast

Mated to the beast

" Yeah, I probably understand where she is coming from. I apologized for what happened earlier and Damian apologized for everything." " Wow! That's huge." " Do you guys hear that?" Ellie, who had suddenly gone quiet, said and we all listened. I didn't hear anything but I think the others heard something because their expressions changed. " It looks like there is an ongoing war." Kenny said. He stood up from his seat and kissed his mate. " Where are you going?" Lilly asked with watery eyes. " The Alpha just summoned all the warriors. We need to protect the pups. Lilly, stay here, you are pregnant. There is a big threat outside."

Eidolon Ave: The Second Feast

Stronger. “Your licentious desires have defiled who He made you to be,” Battle Axe said earlier, her hands clasped as she sat forward. Her elbows straddled what he suspected was his file, the cardboard bulging with the weight of his failures, his desires, his guilt. “Soul battled flesh,” she said, her finger tap, tap, tapping the ragged folder as she spoke. “And flesh won.” Miss Venti now sat at the foot of the door, her thighs open. An invitation, it was. The home, this place on Eidolon, fulfilling its earlier promise to bring him his heart’s desire. To answer his earlier hope. Gift him with the girl who lingered and left.

Eternal Wolves

He laughed loudly, “Oh dear child, the goodness in my heart left a long time ago! Why would a dragon EVER help some wolves, hm? Your first lesson in doing business with other species is this: there is ALWAYS a price for doing business with other species.” “How do we know you aren’t just going to rob of us whatever we give you? How do we know you know where to find the fae?” Alec challenges him. “Because I am the gatekeeper to their realm. No one go in or leaves the realm without my knowledge. If you want my help, you must pay the price.” “What’s your price? Name it.” Ares asks, ready to pay whatever he requested. “I take many forms of payment: gold, shiny objects, I do collect princesses if

Only realised when I read the last chapter that there is still a continuation to this book! I guess a second book? Hope it comes out soon!! What is the time frame? Really enjoyed reading it. Could hardly put it down! Well done author!

I can’t wait for the next chapter and look forward to this book getting an audio version someday! I have caught the subtle hints of fae, witches, and other paranormal characters who will likely be introduced and weaved into this story in the future. I love a balance of fantasy and romance!
