She gasps dramatically. I roll my eyes at that, getting back to what I'd been doing. "Hey, what are you doing over there?" Instead of answering, I turn the laptop screen to face her. "Oh, I love this game." She says, quickly coming over to join me. Because I was bored, I started playing love story on my laptop, I loved the characters and the plot. I was halfway in the game when Avery joined me, but I didn't mind changing the story line. At first Avery and I play well, agreeing on most things but as the story progresses, we start disagreeing on which guy is perfect for the girl, totally delaying the game.

I asked, glancing at Leo, and he nodded for me to take it anyway. On the screen, APHROXIS lit up with an arrow flashing beneath it. TAP TO RECEIVE ORDER “What is it?” Leo asked impatiently. “Well, looks like we still have to play the game during our date,” I chuckled, tapping RECEIVE ORDER. The tablet chimed. [SYSTEM] — Welcome, players, to APHROXIS Exclusive Edition. The words typed out slowly. [SYSTEM] — Congratulations. You have received a special voucher to get a third companion.

And there was one cut near his eyebrow that looked like it hadn't even healed yet. My stomach twisted painfully. God, I'd done that. Or at least part of it. The memory of our last fight hit me like a sucker punch. Last Friday at the bonfire, both teams went at it again. This time, it was Craig who had slept with one of the Warriors' girlfriends.
