Night Slayer

Night Slayer

After what happened between Jo and Scott, Ashley shouldn’t like her one bit, but there she was, pretending like the prodigal daughter had returned. “All right, this is everyone,” Aaron said, surveying the room. “I’ll take a quick second to introduce all of you because our IACs are spotty at best. If you can tune in, great, if not, that’s okay.” He started to his left, near the dining room door and quickly stated everyone’s name, where they were from, and if they were a Hunter or a Guardian.

Oops! I Crashed the Alpha King’s Wedding. . .

Hazel POV The safe house had become our hidden sanctuary, but the world outside never truly disappeared. Asher continued courting me with a patience and tenderness I never expected from the ruthless Alpha King. Despite the growing pressure from his family and the constant threats hanging over us, he showed up every evening, refusing to let the chaos pull us apart.

Ashley, a beast within

Ashley, a beast within

Ashley let out a groan as she struggled to free herself from Elizabeth hold. Henry and Alex lurched forward to save Ashley but something flashed across and stopped in front of them. It was Charles. He was looking exactly like Elizabeth except that his horns were longer and there was a kind of scar on the side of his neck. "Where do you think you're going huh?" He growled and in a flash, he grabbed their necks and threw them to the far end of the hallway. Alex and Henry groaned as they tried to get up on their feet. "Tsk Tsk......you're weak. Should I just end your life now or should I make you suffer a bit more" Charles smirked.

Ashes Of Desire

Ashes Of Desire

The asylum sat at the edge of the city on a bluff overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, its facade elegant in the way old, quiet buildings tended to be when nobody wanted to draw attention to what actually happened inside them. Eve stood at the gate in plain civilian clothes, no mask, no tactical vest, Aria and Ryan holding the perimeter two blocks out per Alex's insistence that this meeting happen with as few visible weapons as possible. Her heart hammered a rhythm that had nothing to do with combat readiness and everything to do with the fact that she was, in a matter of minutes, going to look at a face she'd spent years being told belonged to a dead man.

Ashes of the Sky

Ashes of the Sky

But in a way that settles in her eyes. “Another time, little star.” My heart sinks. “Professor—” “Another time.” Her voice is gentle, but not dismissive or angry. Aries lifts his head, golden eyes blinking slowly. Almost apologetically. I want to push. Gods, I want to. But something tells me she has spent years carrying whatever memories live behind those eyes. And perhaps she’s not ready to hand them over. Instead, she smiles softly. “Tell me, have you attended Professor Draven’s combat class yet?”

Ashes of Betrayal

Ashes of Betrayal

Just then, a small head peeked through the suffocating smoke. “Madam, do you need any help?” someone asked timidly. I forced my eyes open and saw a young boy who was about the same age as my son. He was covered in ash and dirt, but his eyes shone brightly through the smoke. He was so small in size, yet he managed to muster the strength to help me up. Then, together, we slowly made our way outside. The path to the outside was incredibly challenging, and I felt like giving up several times.

Out of the Ashes

Out of the Ashes

Asher dictated to the Third in Command. "Thank you Alpha." Deidran replied. "Of course." Asher spoke then Deidran made his departure. Asher headed to the bathroom and washed his mouth and face. He changed into a fresh set of clothing in the morning, and when he returned to his room, his phone began to vibrate. "This is Asher." He answered while placing the phone in his ear. "This is human." He heard Miranda's voice from across the phone. Asher's face lit up with a smile instantly, though he tried to keep his facial cheeks under control.

Brothers of Ash and Fire

Brothers of Ash and Fire

"I think you forget what line of work we're in, Stratford. Tell me." "It was a member of Parliament. Not his security detail, but the Right Honorable Conrad Sinclair himself. Alone. He shoved Belishaw into a car and drove off. I followed them to an unregistered location, a townhouse with no ties to the government that I could find. I waited twenty-four hours outside. Sinclair left twelve hours ago, but Belishaw only emerged from a side door in an alley half an hour ago. He was in rough shape, Damien. Sir, I don't have Sinclair down on any of my records as an SLF. And whatever happened in there, it didn't happen over a polite cup of tea." SLF was code for supernatural life form.

The Lycan's Unexpected Alpha

The Lycan's Unexpected Alpha

Bracing myself, I jogged all the way to my destination and hurried upstairs to Haidan’s office, where everyone was already waiting. When I entered, Ashton didn’t bother to turn around and acknowledge me. However, Asher, who sat to the side, looked up and smiled. It took me a moment to recognize him as Haidan and Antoine had provided him with a golden mask that covered half his face, hiding the burnt skin there. "Good morning!" Haidan called, smiling. "I was just about to call and make sure you remembered." "Sorry, had to feed the kids before coming." I said, taking a seat in a chair beside Ashton.

I loved the first book of the trilogy and the second doesn’t miss the mark! Original, full of action, the rythme is perfect, love story with a little hard time, but not to much! I read both twice now and still really liked them.

CEO Asher’s Runaway Bride

CEO Asher’s Runaway Bride

Chapter 33 She is back Asher woke up from his king-sized fluffy bed, yawning loudly. He stared around the room like he was lost in a strange land. Then he remembered why it looked different, he had brought in two ladies for a rough night when he went to club. His routine over the years was, work, club, and random sex. He wasn't planning to change it anyways cause it suited him just fine. He slapped the ladies on their naked butt to wake them up. He walked towards his drawer, pulling out some bundles of cash and he threw it at them.
