"Excuse me, but I need to use the men's room." Thelia nodded, giving Asher a knowing smile. Asher quickly made his way through the crowd towards the restroom, grateful for the temporary reprieve. As he navigated the dimly lit corridors, a strange sensation began to settle over him. His vision blurred slightly, and his head felt heavy. It was as if a thick haze had descended upon his senses, clouding his mind. He shook his head, trying to clear the fog that seemed to cling to him.

The pretty face batted his eyes at Derrick. "Rolph doesn't need you for the night again. Please leave now when you can." "What do you mean?" Curiosity bathed his face. "Rolph is in a bad mood and you know what that means right." "No I don't." "For your own sake, please leave Asahi," Derrick said worriedly. He was looking exactly like Elizabeth except that his horns were longer and there was a kind of scar on the side of his neck. "Where do you think you're going huh?" He growled and in a flash, he grabbed their necks and threw them to the far end of the hallway. Alex and Henry groaned as they tried to get up on their feet. "Tsk Tsk......you're weak. She saw three other groups dressed in similar garb. The first, a herd of perhaps a dozen or more figures, awkward and unsure, stood silent watching their highborn audience. A priapic dwarf, a pair of obese women joined from neck to hip, a muscular youth with a pin head, a man whose face and body were distorted by huge sack-like swellings. Mary turned away with disgust and growing misgivings. Nancy’s expression mirrored hers. A much larger group in blue shifts looked like common streetwalkers who’d been rounded up in the rookeries and brought up
