Delta team had done a lot more recon than that, but this vampire didn’t need to know that. “How old are you?” “Uh, twenty-six?” Xavier said. “No, how long have you been a vampire, son?” “About seven years.” John eyed Xavier, then shifted his attention to Alaric. “What are your names?” he said. “I am Alaric Valko, Alpha of New Dawn. This is my mate and Luna, Thea Lyall. This is Gaia, the eldest high priestess on the west coast, and this is Xavier.”

Silas is alive but cut off from his wolf. —The vampires? —Gone. But Alaric is coming. Panic. —How long? —Minutes. Can you walk? She couldn’t. I lifted her. —we have to move. We left Silas. We had no choice. ... Alaric found us twenty minutes later. He believed the lie. Of course he did. Men in love believe what they need to believe. ... And as I sat there, bleeding, exhausted, with my bond slowly dying inside me…

"And because Vesna isn't working alone. She has my brother." "Your brother is dead. Killed in the Alaric war." "That's what I thought. But Viktor survived. Alaric's experiments changed him—made him something between wolf and phoenix, unstable but powerful. Vesna promised she could fix him, make him purely wolf again. He believes her." Dmitri's voice cracked. "He helps her because he thinks she can undo what Alaric did to him." "The same thing she's trying to do to Cassian," Nova breathed. "Separate what's been merged."

It tripped over its own paws and rolled onto the grass, letting out a high-pitched yip of frustration. ‎ ‎"Alaric!" Elara scolded, running over to pick him up. "You're supposed to be hiding!" ‎ ‎My son. ‎ ‎Alaric had shifted early, at three years old. The doctors said it was the Violet Gene. He was a hybrid, like me, but he had taken to his wolf form with a natural ease that baffled everyone. ‎ ‎He shifted back, the silver fur receding to reveal a naked, chubby toddler with violet eyes that shone like stars.

“You think you’re going to get answers by trying to beat them out of him? You're just going to end up killing him and there is not going to be good for us to it.” “He deserves worse.” I snapped. “Maybe. But that doesn’t mean we waste our energy now.” Damon’s voice dropped further. “Use your head. Not your rage.” I clenched my jaw. Behind us, Carter said, voice ragged, “She called herself Tatiana. She… she said things about Delilah. About power. About what’s coming.” Damon turned slowly. “Spare me.” Carter blinked. “You don’t believe me?” Damon’s expression hardened. “I don’t believe anything from a man who watched us bleed and said nothing.”

And that, would she do. "You bast..." "Stop Azura Ashrak!" A voice resonated in the room, causing the two vampires to stare at who the voice belongs to. It was Alaric, the father of Azura. "Father" Azura said, her eyes widened with surprise, she was not expecting to see her father in here in the vampire King's castle. "You are better than these." Alaric said, looking at his daughter, before turning at glare at the vampire king.

He pushed me at an arm's length away from him but still didn't let go of my shoulders and said staring straight into my eyes. "I will never hurt anyone you love. Your sister was never abducted. Pure-blooded vampires have special abilities. I have telepathy and Damon has hypnotism, the ability to tamper with someone’s memories and brain.” My head felt like it was going to explode. What kind of plot twist was this now?

he pleaded desperately, "please hold on. Don't leave me now. His words flowed with a steady cadence, while Emaline's gaze drifted upwards towards the ceiling, lost in her own thoughts. A torrent of blood spewed forth from her lips. Alaric appeared to be endeavouring to revive the crimson fluid emanating from the left side of the woman's neck. "Please," he pleaded with a desperate tone, his heart racing with emotion, "my love! Wait a moment," Alaric pleaded, unable to bear witness to her distress. He had momentarily forgotten that he was a vampire, capable of achieving the seemingly unattainable. "Keep your eyes open! Keep your eyes open!" he yelled at the woman, determined not to let her los

" Titan asked, sounding perplexed. "Fictional worlds," she clarified. "Let's check out vampire diaries," "Vamps are the arch enemies of wolves," "I don't need to be a wolf to know that," Olivia said. "Maybe you'll learn a thing or two about them. Besides wolves make an appearance here too," Halfway through the first season, Titan complained that Damon Salvatore was a crazy psychopath with no future. "At least you understand how I feel when you kill people," "Hey I kill for cogent reasons, he kills indiscriminately," Titan protested.

Damon could practically imagine Draven grinning as involuntarily a smile created on his lips as line went off. “Let’s see what we’ve got here.” Damon mumbled to himself as he took a sharp right turn to outskirts of Zhoutis. **** “A reincarnation spell? I’ve never heard of such magic, My Lord.” Lucifer heard Alaric’s confused voice through the other side of the phone. “Dig deeper, Alaric. There has to be something related to this. Once you find something, I’m one call away.” Lucifer said as he smashed the warrior’s head into the wall as blood splattered across his clothes.
