Alexander Kent Author Novels & Stories

The first meeting was on a rainy night. “Angel Kent?” he murmured. That was the author’s name, and he liked the sound of it even though he had never heard it. It would be impossible to market a book from an unpopular author to the world. It was what the audience of The Duchess brought: a huge fanbase, and KP was counting on that to rake in some revenue for a start. Camilla nodded. She was as excited as she was the first day he introduced her to Lance. “Cam, do you have another copy of the book?”

“I would also like you to explain the rumor you have been telling certain Alphas in this room for the past days, the rumor in which I was already on my deathbed and unfit to host this gathering.” Kent’s mouth moved for a moment before he spoke. “Alpha King, I was deceived. The man who came through the doors approached me weeks ago with claims I could not verify. He told me things about your health that I now see were not true, and he threatened my pack if I did not pass on what he had told me to the other Alphas. I am ashamed to have been used in this way. I offer my apologies to you and to this assembly,” Kent said. His voice shook as if he was in fear but his eyes told a different story. K

“Father, this man cannot be trusted,” Alexander said, turning his attention to the King. “Anthony has murdered innocent vampires at the borders for money. He sells out covens, blackmails his own kind, extorts families, and plants blades in other people's hands so he can watch them bleed. He’ll say anything that keeps his neck intact. I’m not sure what he said to King Charles to get him released from jail without a scratch, but I’m sure that was a lie as well.”

I whimpered and gulped. He was really going to reject me! "I, Xander, the future... Alpha of the Red Moon, hereby re...ject you, Lena." I watched his breath change. His eyes fluttered constantly, as if he was forcing those words out. My eyes were filled with tears as my heart became so heavy, my teeth were clenched together to force back the loud sob about to escape my lips. His eyes fell on mine, and he looked away sharply. "I, Xander, the future Alpha of the Red Moon Pack, reject you, Lena, as my..." The knife fell off his shivering hand.

The only thing you can here inside the hall were the footsteps of Kent as she went nearer and nearer towards Alex. "I need to talk to you." Kent said, trying to sound calm. "Based on your reactions, it must have been bad." Alex replied as he stood to face the worried queen. "The bees told me something that I feared the most." Kent said, her voice was shaking. "What is it?" Alex asked, now worried, too. "An invasion." Kent said. "An invasion of what?" Alex asked again.

said Bryan, reporting to Gabriel in an annoying tone. "What? What are you talking about?" Gabriel shouted on the phone line. "This is true, Alpha. I think Jasper Kent is courting Ms. Alexander." "Dammit!" Gabriel cursed angrily.

“Tony, you almost scared me to death.” “Well, that’s the point. I just came in now and saw you entombed in my book,” Anthony said, smiling. “Oh, sorry. I saw it while arranging,” he added. Alexander closed the book and checked the author. Killani Richardson. He was shocked. “That’s my younger sister. She loves fantasy,” Anthony explained. “Ah, cool,” Alexander said, passing the book to Anthony. “I requested this one. I need to go rest inside. My outing was stressful.”

They are slowly getting the people's attention, "Can you afford to have another issue this time?” Kent said then he put his finger in between Alexei’s mouth, touching her reddish and soft lips. ‏‏‎ ‎ ‏‏‎ ‎ ‏‏‎ ‎ ‏‏‎ ‎ ‏‏‎ ‎ ‏‏‎ ‎ ‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎‎ ‎ ‎‎‎ ‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎ ‏‏‎ ‎ ‏‏‎ ‎ ‏‏‎ ‎ ‏‏‎ ‎ ‏‏‎ ‎ ‏‏‎ ‎ ‏‏

And after the way he left, Rachel wondered if she’d ever have the chance to do either, or that it would even matter to Alex if she did. What did she know about him, really? She knew where he worked, and that he could cook and, she assumed, sew. He killed deer for sport, was offended easily, and ran away from confrontation even more easily. She also knew that he made love with a tenderness and a passion that was fiery and intense, like the character from her romance novel. But that was really all she knew about Alex Bentley. Was it possible her writer’s imagination had created a person who, in reality, didn’t exist at all? After two years of living between her real world and her literary one,
