I said, motioning them to leave my office while I try to clear my thoughts. “Of course, Alpha.” Alexa said, nodding. “Take all the time you need. We’ll be here when you’re ready.” And with that, he and Amy left the room, leaving me alone with my thoughts. I sat at my desk, m head in my hands, trying to figure out what to do. I knew the Black Walkers Pack was strong, and they would be a valuable asset in the fight against the rogues. I knew if they found out that Selena who use to be a member of their pack before she became mated to me had been captured by them, they would not hesitate to join forces with me to rescue her.

He motioned for them to follow him to the car he had waiting for them. “I am Elder James Chambers,” he said extending his hand to Alexis. She shook his hand, “I’m Alexis Moore, Beta blood and former Luna of the Green Lake pack and now I am wanted by the Alpha Counsel.” She told him. He quirked a brow at her, “and what exactly did you do to be wanted by the Alpha Counsel?” He asked her. She was reluctant to tell him anything, He and Andrew were strangers, she knew nothing about them. “Don’t worry child, your secrets are safe with me.” He assured her. “I might even be able to help you disappear after we are done.”

I took a step forward, the intensity causing me to stop with each step I took, and seeing my reaction, Alexei nodded, glaring at me.
