His clothes ripped, and within a few minutes, a wolf stood in front of Alice. He blinked several times, trying to process the surreal sight before him. "Is this... real?" Alice muttered, his voice barely above a whisper. The wolf nodded, its eyes fixed on Alice with an intensity. Maya stepped forward, her expression softening. "Yes, Alice. This is real. We understand that it's a lot to take in, but we need your trust." Alice's mind raced as he struggled to comprehend the situation. I regressed, struggled, got a family and then, things I wasn’t supposed to know surfaced. “Hey!” I closed my locker, lost in my thoughts. Maybe I should go home and sleep. Those dreams sometimes bring revelations. Even if they weren’t important and only offered questions, they were still something. “Hey!” The world was full of shit. “Ebony!” I glanced at Alice and sighed. “What do you want?” Alice was a dear friend in one of those dreams. She felt genuinely like my sister. I didn’t know why everyone treated me badly in this reality. The other realities were pleasant.

"Wow, that's amazing, sweetheart. Really amazing," I said, pretending to be impressed. Alice's face lit up even more. "What's so amazing about the treasure being the power of friendship or some crap like that?" Lucius muttered under his breath.

“So, I´m Superman and your mom Wonder woman, what do you say, sweet pie?” And being more than a way to play along with the boy, it was a way to let Alice know what he was feeling for her. Alice looked at him firmly; there was something else in his eyes, something she couldn´t guess or… she didn´t want to know about. “Yeah, my mom is Wonder woman.” Alice looked away. Any action or word against Ian´s words left short what she wanted to represent him. “We have to go home, Joseph, you already had fun and now, we´ll get back to reality where your homework is waiting for you.” Alice rushed him.
