Rara announced with a grin, addressing the fairies with a sense of purpose. The fire fairy, a figure of flickering flames and intense eyes, stepped forward with a resigned sigh. “Since you’re here, we must explain the rules of the Chosen Lady. First, you are considered holy and must guard against any impure thoughts. Second, you are expected to assist people and nations in times of crisis. Third, you must foster harmony between humans and the supernatural.” The water fairy, with a serene, flowing demeanor, added, “There are additional minor rules, which we will disclose as needed.”
