Bethany Sherburne had a big smile on her face as she carried the bowl of dragon fruit smoothies that Shiloh had been talking about since yesterday. In her country, dragon fruit is everywhere, cheap, and way sweeter than plain old fruit. Ever since Shiloh tried it, he's been obsessed with the fruit. Shiloh always asks Bethany to make acai bowls for his breakfast, but here, only certain places sell dragon fruit that's good quality.

“Would you like some?" Julian's brows furrowed watching her. She was having a hard time holding the knife with her hand, she had the apple on the bar but she wasn't really holding it. “Sandra?" “It's my favorite fruit." She said. “Like green grapes, there's just something about the green ones."

Juicy put her hand on her hips and tapped her foot in annoyance, staring at everyone in the room until they averted their eyes. She continued, despite the fact that she had no one to focus her anger on. "And first of all; those are not from a box or from the corner store. Those are fresh made. Second; fresh blueberries cost good money when people gotta be pigs about things!" Juicy put her hands back into the woman's hair. She pulled the comb through tensely. This is the largest orchard in our farmstead, and it’s apple harvest season right now. The apples grown from these trees are very sweet.”

The colorful array of strawberries, oranges, kiwis, and pineapples caught his eye, and the sweet aroma in the air enticed his senses. He approached the fruit vendor, a cheerful, elderly man with a wide grin, who welcomed him warmly.

Everything inside was organised and carefully stocked. There were bowls of cut fruits, small containers with labels, bottles of juice and milk lined up like soldiers, and what looked like prepared meals sealed and untouched. She reached in and took out a small bowl of fruit, setting it on the counter.
