Rowley pointed out, "Statistics show that men tend to go on a downward spiral after 25 years old, and at 30 and older, they start losing interest in women altogether. Mr. Hoffman, I believe you're at the age where your hobbies range from fishing to collecting antiques, yes?" Aloysius nearly choked. How could a kid be this sharp-tongued? He refused to lose to a child in an argument. "You know, you're not always going to be young forever. You'll be 25 years old too in another 22 years!" "Yes, but I don't drink or smoke, and I make it a point to exercise every day. Not to mention, I treat my body like a temple, so I'm bound to maintain my youthfulness after 25 years old. Don't worry about me, M

Not bad for a kid from nowhere. - Axel*

“Listen, Auggie. Dying is a serious thing. When someone dies, they can’t come back. They can’t see their family anymore. Do you want to be all alone forever? Even Nora won’t be there because she will be too busy being Alpha.” “Oh…” Augustus looked horrified. Thankfully, the twin were too attached to each other to even think about living alone. “And Nora,” I added, turning to her with narrowed eyes, “sex is something grown-ups do when they love each other. But there’s a right age, and that is eighteen.” “But Uncle Rome said—” “Uncle Rome was wrong,” Dante cut in firmly. “And I’m passing a new rule today. From now on, the legal age of consent in this pack is eighteen.”

Neither of them saw it coming, so the pain of it had hit so hard it took them awhile to get over it. Eighteen is the age of werewolves’ presenting. On her eighteenth birthday, when Alliah presented as an Omega, she was happy about it. She prefers being an Omega to a Beta, because she dreamed of having lots of babies. Alliah told them how she wanted to have a big, happy family with her mate. But then, months after her birthday, she suddenly gave her friends a cold shoulder. She became distant for a while, until she completely ignored them. But she couldn’t avoid them, especially because they were her trusted guards.

Talen avoided answering until last, and his evasion was noted with all the human news crews' eyes on him when it became unavoidable for him to answer. After staying his name, Talen cleared his throat in a hummed grumble accepting that he would have to answer the question of age. "I am afraid that I do not know the year of my birth, therefore it is somewhat difficult to give an age. Old." "Oh, come now," Allistaire huffed. "You are a spring chicken compared to me." "When Talen says old," Aislen smiled sweetly. "He means somewhere between one and one point five. Thousand."

I say, astonishment in my tone Andrea arches a brow at me “Do people in the east not come of age at 16?” Crap. “They do, it’s just that going to war against vampires must have been tough.”

she voiced. Jack looked up and pulled the notebook towards him, “You're right” he looked puzzled but shrugged his shoulders. Alissa tore the sheet of names from the notebook and jotted 'all males'. She thought if they wrote any information down maybe they could find the answer. They worked together, Alissa jotted anything that popped into their heads. “They're all young when they change for the first time,” Alissa voiced what she had noticed when she first looked. Jack flicked through a few pages. “Yeah they are, normal age is fifteen to sixteen, most of these are thirteen.” Jack pulled the notebook towards him, Alissa read over his shoulder, 'Age of first transformation thirteen-fourteen'.

Fucking, Percy, dying early and leaving me without him. I can’t lose my Ares. I refuse to lose anyone ever again, not until they are old and gray. The way Alester messed with our genes so much he has me not aging anymore. I seem to be stuck looking like my 28 year old self even though I’m almost 40 now. I am not alone as Tally, Emerson, and Kellan all seem to have stopped aging as well.

“I can buy my own damn drinks.” I laughed, relieved that she had somehow broken the nervous tension between us. “That was one time,” I protested. “And if you remember, I was underage too. I just had the benefit of being tall and having an ID that actually, you know, looked like me. Unlike some people.” Audrey grinned and nudged me with her shoulder. “Those were the good old days, weren’t they?” she asked, sounding surprisingly wistful. I raised an eyebrow at her. “And here I figured you were having your good old days now, and that’s why you haven’t been back to North Carolina in so long. What have you been up to anyway?”

Tom sighed when he saw his best friend's reaction, which was starting to turn sour. "She sold her friend!" Allan snapped, "You're crazy, aren't you? Asking me to marry her when I don't know who she is, what family she's from, whether she's a bad person or not? And like you said, she's too young for me to marry! Maybe she's only twenty years old? As for me, I'm almost 30! We're so far apart in age, maybe almost 10 years? What will people say? What will grandpa say? Shit! Why am I discussing this with you anyway?" Allan continued while throwing away his reddish face with anger, "Why are you smiling?" he continued.
