Lonely Dove

Lonely Dove

he wouldn’t have at home, for a disappointed woman was not easy to ignore. Jake ate without tasting his food, wishing he had never come back to Lonesome Dove. It was going to be no pleasure riding north, if Call was so disapproving. He had meant to take Call aside and quietly explain it, but somehow he could not think of the best words to use. Call’s silences had a way of making him lose track of his thoughts—some of which were perfectly good thoughts, in their way. As they ate, the dusk deepened. Sean O’Brien, on the far side of the herd, began to sing his night song, an Irish melody whose words did not carry across the long plain where the cattle stood. But in the still night the sound ca

A second page/ you reach a chapter You're on the phone/but no one's there Another thing you can't keep after Another time you're left alone I know/you're the lonliest person I know Just a flag in the wind that wont blow Just a tear rolling down the window You see that I know/you're the lonliest person I know Just a blade in the grass/that won't grow Just a hand holding on to let go You see that I know/you're the lonliest person I know Just a fly living in the back row Just a slap in the face that won’t show"

The Lonely Howl

The Lonely Howl

I was the happiest woman alive, I wished to relive the night over and over and over again till eternity. If we spent the night together, it only meant he saw me as his mate, and he was also in love with me, right? That was why he could not resist the temptation because he craved for my body the same way I craved for his. I looked at the bruises on my arms, it was all worth it. But my smile faded when Lucian was nowhere to be found. I looked side to side, expecting to see him on the other side, but I was well aware from the time I had awoken that I was alone.

All The Wrong Places

All The Wrong Places

“For Adams Industries.” The lady was kind enough to escort her to her table. She was seated with two older couple who came from Moonline Resorts. One of the older ladies, Missis Chapman was quite chatty. She was happily dominating the conversation in the table and all Julianne had to do was nod and concur. She was also quite a gossip, and though Julianne wasn’t interested in other people’s business, she was glad to be knowing people’s names through Missis Chapman. “You know Rafael McKenzie broke up with Alexandra Bocelli?” Missis Chapman asked the group.

This is the 4th book by this author I have read. Once again it's an amazing book. Another great love story. I definitely recommend it. I do wish the author had a better editing process to make their books even better. There are grammar errors and spelling errors. I look forward to the next book.

All praise to you dear author. This is the 3rd novel I read among your books. It was brilliant that you connected one of your novels and mentioned Astrid Van Woolsen. Loved it. I love how you portray the women in your books. They may be vulnerable yet strong, Beauty brains and good sense of humor

Alone

Alone

I'm not alone anymore, and goodness does it feel fantastic. So this is the final part of "Alone" and I can't believe it's over. It's the longest book I've written but it's also been so fun to write. I'm sorry to keep waiting for the updates. And thank you all for the patience, love and support!

All Things Lovely

All Things Lovely

I HAD LOCKED myself in a room, adamant on being away from the loud music, and most importantly, people. I wanted to stay away from people. I was trying to read a book, but the music sounded like people screaming. Which it was. I was being ear raped, if such a thing even existed. Finally, I was so thirsty that I couldn't take it anymore. I unlocked the door, and shuffled out, trying my best not to touch anyone – they were covered in sweat. Everyone was dancing or drinking, and the air smelled of sweat and alcohol.

All Of Us Are Dead

All Of Us Are Dead

But maybe that was it — maybe that’s what this place did. It stripped people down to their worst parts. The fear, the anger, the hunger. It made monsters out of the already broken. I swallowed hard and pushed my tray away. Hoodie guy, sitting across from me, hadn’t said a word during the whole thing. He was still staring at the doorway where 0521 had disappeared, his jaw tight, that easy smile finally gone. When he spoke, his voice was quiet. “People like him don’t last long.” I wanted to believe him.
