“Where your cousin saw her. What’s it called?” They looked at each other, then at me. “We don’t, we weren’t talking about her…” “Tell me the name.” I stepped closer, my lips stretched into a smile I hoped was sweet, “Or I walk downstairs and tell my daddy that his men were standing in the hallway talking about how gorgeous his daughter is.” I cocked my head, waiting. The first man’s mouth moved but no sound came out. “The name!” My voice was raised now. “The Scavenger’s Club.” The second man gave in, mumbling the name, his voice was barely audible. His eyes were on the floor. His hands were shaking at his sides.

Victoria gasped out loud. She spun around instantly, her face bursting into a furious crimson heat as she stared hard at the blank wood of the door. "I'm sorry! I'm so sorry, I didn't know—" A chorus of deep, booming laughter erupted behind her. The guys didn't even care… they just started teasing her, their deep voices echoing off the metal lockers. "Hey, look who it is! Eden’s little sister," Bret’s voice cut through the noise, dripping with his usual arrogant mockery.

He was a cutie, damn fine actually, but sweet and nervous, a nice kid and everything that Jeff wasn't. Most decent guys my age were taken and the rest either jerks like Jeff, married and on the make or unfortunately single for a reason with a ton of baggage and looking for a mom as much as a girlfriend. There were a few good guys out there, but at this point I didn't want serious so that left me with few options. A couple of my friends went out as cougars on the prowl from time to time and raved about sex with young men, not just the young hard bodies and stamina, but they were eager to please and acted like it was about the woman, not them.

I glance around, confused as hell. “What the fuck is this?” I look at Titan. “Just a friendly get together,” he says with a straight face. Friendly my ass. Theo is here with Nathan and Mason, along with a bunch of other guys and women from the club. Including multiple guys I’ve fucked in the past. This feels like a setup. “Celebration!” Theo shouts, throwing his arm around my shoulders and shoving a drink into my hand so aggressively some of it spills. “What are we celebrating?” I ask warily.

That’s where we were headed. Many of the pack members stared at us as we drove by, before turning down the side street to the pack house. It unnerved me. I wondered how much some of them might remember of my parent’s death and how many of them knew exactly who I was. ‘We can take them if they give us problems,’ Stella growled in my mind. ‘Calm down, Stel. I don’t really want to fight anybody on my first day back.’ I bit back in response.

And imposing, like the thugs assembled around the room. Wait, what? Right. Yes. Dream. The thugs, all four of them, are just as big as this guy. Huge, actually. All great hulking beasts. They’re not brutal-looking men. They’re actually quite young. Probably in their twenties and thirties. And holy moly cheese and crackers, these guys might just fill in whatever gaps I thought had been missing in my dream because they are all handsome as sin. Not scary. Dangerous, yes, but not frightening.

Before she could say anything, the guy in question stepped up to the microphone and said, “Thank you for coming, everyone! We’re excited to be here tonight! I hope you remember our name since you’ll be seeing a lot more of us!” Brooklyn could see three guys setting up behind him. She could see a drummer, a bass player, and a DJ. She picked up her phone to take notes. “Hooowee! Those guys are all hot!” Shea said, looking at the stage. “Down, girl,” Addy said, nudging her. “You’re already seeing someone.” Shea looked at her and said, “Well, it’s not like we’re exclusive. Besides, I can still look and admire other guys, even if we were.”

But if you feel more comfortable conversing with males, then you can speak with the boys,” The second boy spoke. “If you'd rather speak to someone more mature, you can speak to the young adult,” The second girl concluded. “We are all THE UNKNOWN,” the young adult male said. “Wow, THE UNKNOWN is a lot smarter than I thought. I bet he's not here at all; these are just fakes, and the appearance of these five people is well justified, as he does not want his real identity compromised.

Instead, she was met with five beautiful young men, each radiating a captivating charm and lively energy that brightened the whole space. With their messy hair and bright, playful eyes, these young men stood in stark contrast to the usual serious crowd. Their confident smiles showcased perfectly straight teeth, and they wore casual yet stylish clothes that emphasized their fit physiques. As surprise and joy spread across Addie's face, she felt her expression light up like the sun rising in the morning. The unexpected scene felt refreshing, leaving her momentarily mesmerized by their appealing presence. "Yes, we are," we responded in unison, a hint of confidence in our voices.

She tried to get the tiny information about their father from her mind as she moved closer to the pleasure room. “Seventeen. It was around that time we found out that we were interested in the same woman. It was hard at first. Jackson’s girlfriend then didn’t want us, so he had to break up with her,” Jacob answered. His deep, hoarse voice was filled with slight amusement as he recalled the past. “Seventeen? Isn’t that too young to discover such a kink?” Anna thought as she pushed the adjoined door open. The twins went in with her, their eyes trailing after her gorgeous body.
