“It’s time to pick an outfit for Monday. First impressions, remember?” I nodded, slowly standing up. “Right. First impressions.” We moved to the wardrobe, and Brittany began flipping through the designer pieces. “This one’s elegant,” she said, holding up a fitted navy dress with gold buttons. “Very Daisy. Or this cream pantsuit? That gives you power and poise.” I ran my fingers across the fabric. “I think the navy one. It looks... sharp.” Brittany smiled, placing it on the mannequin. “Perfect. You’re going to be amazing, Daphne. I know it’s scary, but you’ve come such a long way.”

Lorraine was confused. "I want my secretary to take you shopping for clothes. Get rid of those old outfits of yours—they're too ugly." Dawson was a man who pursued perfection and excellence in everything he did. That day, when they rushed back from Phoenix Ridge to the Gregory family's house, he had only managed to buy her a few dresses in a hurry. But those dresses were formal attire, and were only suitable for banquets and not for everyday wear. Now, seeing her still wearing those old clothes from the Gregory family over the past few days irritated him.

He knew that his appearance played a crucial role in his professional success, and he was determined to dress the part. Stepping out of the shower, Daryl wrapped a plush towel around his waist and moved to his walk-in closet, which was meticulously organized with an array of stylish suits, shirts, and ties. Each garment represented a carefully curated choice, reflecting his impeccable taste and attention to detail. Today, he decided to opt for a charcoal gray suit with a crisp white shirt, exuding an air of confidence and sophistication.

CHAPTER 36 Daven's POV A proud smile spread around my face as my guests continued to pour in with each one of them bowing slightly in greetings and acknowledgment to me. “Congratulations, Alpha Daven.” Daisy cooed next to me. I stood with one arm wrapped around her arm and my other arm holding a wine glass. A wine I was sipping relaxedly. Daisy was dressed in a blood-red expensive and skin-tight gown that ran down to her ankles and subtly exposed her blossom whereas I was dressed in a black tuxie with a bow tie.

She returns the question, "Doesn't it fit the occasion?" Dave face-palm himself inwardly, "How can you put such on for a party?" He asked. Daisy frowns, " party? " She wasn't aware it was a party she would have taken something better. She glances at him from head to toe, he looks so dashing in the black suit. His hairstyle best suits his dress. " Yeah, party... A big occasion that only rich men attend" Dave sounds angry and Daisy can't help but get angry "you blame me now? Is it my fault I'm dressed this way? " She demands.

Daisy mumbled a thank you and then looked at what she was given. Immediately, she could tell it was several sizes too big, just like her orange jumpsuit. With the little courage she had in the early morning with no food in her stomach, she shyly asked, "isn't there a smaller size?" Owen turned to look at her and raised both of his hands in a mock defensive position, one hand holding his own prison uniform. "Oh I'm sorry, princess. Is that not good enough for you? I'm sorry they don't have Prada or Gucci here." He said sarcastically.

He said and walked away. "You'll regret this!" Woo Jin said but Dawson was far gone. Dawson stopped in front of a guard "The next time you allow that bastard into this mansion, I'll have your head off your neck" he warned and continued his conversation over the phone. ~Moretti Mansion. Adrian got dressed and was ready to leave. Carolina was passing by when she saw Adrian. He had always been in a complete suit but this time, he was in a simple white shirt and black pants. His buttons partly done, his hand placed into the pockets of his free pants while his hair was in a perfect slick back.

 After a busy day at work, Dawn returned home and took a few minutes to mentally prepare herself before getting dressed. She had disappeared into the bathroom, waxed her legs even if it was excruciatingly painful, sorted out her dress, redid her hair into a French bun, and now, standing against the full-length mirror, she ran her hands down her smooth curves, examining the tight fitted dress she had on - courtesy of her dear friend, Becky who insisted she dressed like Roxy the stripper. The royal blue halter gown glittered, exposing a huge amount of skin as it dipped low on the back. It was the most expensive dress she'd ever owned and David had gotten it for her for this special occasion.

Daisy ordered. This young man nodded obediently and went inside. He got a quick shower and change clothes. The chinos, white shirt in khaki’s suit that almost wear at every formal event. The suit that Damian had given him because his wife’s cousin was bored. “Come on, let’s go Mom!” he asked later. This blonde haired woman looked at her daughter-in-law, and displeased. “You don’t have any other suit? Is that nothing more besides the ballel sneakers you have to wear? That’s disgusting,” Daisy said scornfully.

And it didn’t get any more special than this. It was casual enough for school but elegant enough to feel like a fresh start. A new beginning. Lena 2.0. I loved it, I thought it was beautiful. But sitting here, about to walk into school on Noah Dawson's arm, I felt my courage wavering. Noah turned to look at me, and God, he looked good. He was wearing a blue button-down that matched my dress almost perfectly, aviator sunglasses pushed up into his artfully messy hair, and that confident smile that made it seem like he owned the world.
