And from the foul stench, I knew they were rogues. My brows furrowed as I wondered what rogues could possibly be doing so close to our territory. Almost immediately, Drew mindlinked me. 'Alpha, rogues close by. Ready at your command.' That confirmed my hunch. Dumping my khakis for a wider pair of shorts that wouldn't rip when I transformed, I strode out of the bathroom.

We’ll—” But Z-04 interrupted, voice cracking: “The Alpha does not fight. It consumes what belongs to it.” Elias sucked in a breath.

I tried to speak but my throat was too tight, and all I could do was sit there against the railing, bleeding out and completely broken, watching the love of my life hold our son and not even know that I existed. But the universe wasn't done with me yet. The four-way bond suddenly realized it was missing an Alpha, and the empty slot in Lilith's soul reacted like a vacuum, violently reaching out into the void to fill the space I'd just left behind. With a deafening crack of tearing metal, he ripped the lock clean off the hinges and threw the door open. “Pick up the weapons of the dead,” Kaelen roared, his voice echoing through the blood-stained dungeon. “Red Claw’s war has come to their doorstep!”

Dante asked and took the phone from Dell but as soon as he looked at the phone it slowly fell from his hand, “The Alpha King Of Black Wolves Pack is dead”

My Alpha Spirit bursts from me like an atom bomb. “What… are you?” He whispers horrified as his body shakes before me. “A fucking Alpha,” I growl, my voice overlapping with Zara’s. I plunge one clawed hand through his chest wrapping my hand around his heart, and the other I plunge into his neck wrapping my fingers around his trachea. With one tug I rip his heart from his chest holding it in my bare hand and with another tug, I rip his trachea from his neck. Blood coats my skin like a blanket as I watch the life leave this bastard’s eyes and blood gurgles through the hole in his throat as his body falls to the forest floor in a heap.

The system did not soften the answer. [CAUSE: TARGET EXECUTED] Silence stretched. Alpha stared at his hands. They were shaking now, though he hadn’t told them to. “She died,” he said.
