Chapter 15: Two Moons Entwined Chris read through the result slip a couple of times, thinking he had mistaken the word “Alpha” as “Omega”. Nevertheless, no matter how many times he read it, the word “Alpha” was clearly stated there. For whatever unknown reasons, Chris was not satisfied with the result and he was denying the fact Nathan was an Alpha. Before this, he was certain his best friend was an Alpha and he did not mind it. However, after talking to his mother and listening to her thoroughly, Nathan’s description fitted more to be an Omega rather than an Alpha. Nonetheless, a heavy-seed Omega — the rarest of the rare.

“A wolf has never been claimed by an Icelander before, so nobody knows if you are going to survive it. But since you survived the blood bond, I’m sure you’d be fine” I glare at him. “That doesn’t make me feel any better. I need to know now if I can survive it. I’m just an omega and…” “Cut it out Crinka. Alphas and omegas don’t actually matter here. If you’re weak, you’re weak and if you’re string, you’re strong”, Eloive says. “Thanks for not making me feel any better”. “You’re welcome”, he says with a smile, before leaving me alone with Ruarc.

The first was a female and she barely knew her that much since she's married to her mate. The second oldest was Cyrus, who stays in the alpha's household ever since he got his mate. Yeah, he is soon to be the next beta of their pack though. And the least oldest. Alexander. He has nothing to write home about, that is in Petal's point of view. Just like their father, he bully and picked on her, making everything more difficult for her. He cares less about her existence and make her do his work, watching his friends pick on her and turn her into a laughing stock, forgetting the fact that they are siblings.

" The kid shot his head back, his brows frowned with confusion so I repeated my question and insisted. He lifted his shoulders. "N-No I don't have a clue... however, I do recall overhearing the male is an Alpha; he and the girl comes from the same but t-that's all I know." I nodded, my brows knitted with a frown. I struggled to keep my wolf under control, his anxiety to know more washing over me. "These two wolves, do you happen to know more about them? Perhaps what they look like?

Despite noticing their reaction, Kael's expression remained unchanged and he started up the staircase, his boots making soft sounds against the floor. Only after he had disappeared up the stairs did the whispers begin. "Oh my goddess," one of the maids hissed, finally setting the vase down carefully. "Did you all see that? The Alpha. He... He was carrying her!" "I thought I was seeing things!" Another one said, nearly dropping her rag. "He really was. Since when does Alpha Kael touch anyone, let alone an omega?" "I know, right? He doesn't even look at people or talk much with people, less off carrying one around like that!"

My eyes drifted towards where I had seen Rochelle’s wolf and mind linked Stanley, “find Rochelle, she was at the other end of the clearing, north side, follow her” Stanley’s wolf took off like a bullet towards the north and I watched until he disappeared. Remington’s voice was low and deliberate as he spoke, “I, Alpha heir Remington…” The females scream cut him off, “NO, you can’t reject me Remington, I’m your fated mate, I won’t accept it so STOP.” Her body fell to the ground in deep sobs, as his Beta pushed towards her.

When our eyes met, he winked at me, and I kept a straight face, darting my gaze on the Alpha on the left. His casual clothes made him appear more approachable, and his smile was gentle. "The rumors had underestimated how striking the mere sight of you is! I must say, Luna Iris, you stole the very air out of my lung the moment that I rested my sight on you." The Alpha on the right abruptly uttered. A yawn tried to escape from my lips, but I kept a straight expression as I gazed at him and asked, "You are?" A faint laugh echoed from his mouth, and then he said, "My apologies for abandoning such important information. I am Alpha Remis of the Aurora clan."

He’s a remnant, about to meet death. “I do…not know.” He whimpers, his voice laced with pain. “He left us. He left all of us behind and left. He…” “He took something from me.” The Alpha says. His golden eyes, even though they aren’t pointed in my direction, glow with a murderous, tormented brilliance. Somehow, he looks the most agonized out of all. “Two Omegas. Where are they?” Another cry splits the air, outside. It’s the sound of a sobbing wife, laid over the corpse of her husband.

I recoil from him, throwing my face the other way instinctively. “Interesting.” Auriel murmurs. “You know that Alphas do not mate with other Alphas, right? Remove him.” He says to the guards outside. “Why?” I ask him. “Because it's wrong. And I'm a living proof of why that's wrong.” My pulse stutters, and he brings down the collar of his shirt showing me a bite that looks like someone gnawed on him. And he continues reading from my family records like he didn't just stun me into silence. “The Nightshade Omega.” Auriel continues. “First Omega of the Nightshade bloodline, blonde hair, green eyes, those who described him said he looks like a fairy.”

“Good evening, Dr. Mark,” The doctor came to a stop beside my desk. “Good evening, Alpha Shane. I apologize for coming at a bad time, but I have the results of the test I conducted on the girl,” On hearing his words, my heartbeat spiked up and I settled into my chair, placing both of my arms on the armrest. “You may take a seat,” I motioned to one of the chairs opposite mine and he sat, before returning his attention to mine. “From the blood and DNA test I conducted, I’ve confirmed that she’s not a sigma. She does have the qualities of an alpha but they’re recessive and aside from that, I also discovered that her blood and DNA are much stronger than that of the normal werewolf,”
