Kylie ask silent. "It won't be awkward unless you make it awkward." Riviera tells her. Kylie taps her finger on the table before taking up the menu. She places it back down, then stares at Riviera. "What is it like being the true Alpha?" "The same as being a regular wolf, I guess, but with more abilities." ''I doubt it is the same." Kylie said. Riviera gives a sideways glance at the table across from her, aware that the Alpha is shamelessly staring at her.

I screamed into his face "I am your alpha and you are going to show me some respect" he whimpered "yes Alpha" I hate that I used my alpha tone on him but he was getting me angry, we got into the car, the driver noticed the tension between the both of us but kept quiet and drove us to the packhouse where everyone is waiting for their Alpha.

* *Alpha's Jake's pack* Alpha Jake was having an indoor meeting with Fred his Gamma, he felt more good working with Fred than beta Liam because Liam is his brother. He was having the meeting at the court room together with Alpha Jake. "Your highness, I have sent everything to you, everything is in this book." Fred said. "Yeah, I can see, and base on these papers research, this pack has been renamed at least three to four times in the past years." Alpha Jake answered. "Your highness, redesigning the currencies and the name is very important and it's like a part of your responsibilities as the Alpha to reshape this pack and drag it up to the top." One of the pack Elders said.

"And I'm sorry you weren't able to take your rightful place here. Can you explain to me how it works now? I mean that was obviously a rogue back there that approached me. Is there any sort of structure here with the main pack so far away?" "There would be if my father had stepped down. But we were one of the first packs that Alpha West attacked back in the day. We didn't realize that he'd build a well oiled war machine with Alpha Harding that could take down just about any pack in the hemisphere. If he had maybe he would have stepped aside. I don't know. Maybe he really would have rather died than give up his place as leader here. If he'd stepped down they would have let him lead as Beta of

However, from my perspective, Pandia was a badass of alpha bloodline and more suitable than I could ever be to lead the pack. In werewolf culture, Alphas held the highest positions. Some differs in strength which is determined by the size of their pack. Omegas are at the bottom of the hierarchy, which also includes levels for elites, warriors, second in command (Beta), third in command (Gamma), fourth in command (Delta), and fifth in command (Theta). In order to generate the best children, the moon goddess created Alphas with the best characteristics and traits. Being tall, attractive, robust, assertive, bold and protective makes them natural leaders. The downside of it being that they can b

ELIAS’S POV The electronic leaderboard hung high in the centre of the main hallway, glowing brightly against the walls. A crowd had already gathered beneath it, students craning their necks as the board shifted categories every few seconds. Top ten students in different categories Alphas. Female Alphas. Betas. Female Betas. Gammas. Female Gammas. The rankings for the first week were based on last semester’s performance, and tension buzzed thick in the air as everyone waited for the Alpha list to reappear.

“Things are pretty tight in the castle, actually in the whole of North America.” “Really? How so?” “Well vampires are being killed by Satan knows who and also the Alpha of the werewolf clan died.” I remember Zander telling Ptince Dante that a vampire guard died the day we came back from Dahlia’s. “Your boyfriend’s clan?” “Exactly,” she said sadly. “He was quite the wonderful Alpha.” "Alpha?" I questioned. "It means leader. The werewolves have a ranking, much like how vampires do. There's the Alpha, Beta, Delta and Gamma. The Alpha is the head of the pack and the others are co-heads, to put it simply," she explained.

This was our job, to tend to the needs of the higher rank members of the pack. "Everyone acts like they are in heat around him." I reminded her. Ryan was Alpha Park's first born son and he was a complete contrast from his father. Alpha Park was a great leader and made us all feel safe, he got along with everyone and treated us as a family but he was getting old, too old to lead the pack and Ryan was going to take over as the next alpha, no one looked forward to that. The man was a demon, cared for no one and his presence was scary.

Looks like she would be strong in the bedroom sure, but leading a pack? That job belongs to a man. His name is Alpha Tye.” “You know who we are now tell us who you are.” The men all laughed as the man holding the gun pushed it closer the barrel now touching my nose.

“Beta…. I was Jamie’s, Beta.” Jamie…. “Jamie my father?” I ask, shocked. “Yes, Jamie your father. My Alpha.” “Wait…. what?” I was an Alpha… by blood? “What’s an Alpha?” Nov asks as she scoots a little closer to me. “Wolves live in packs. We set territory markers, stay within our bounds, and protect each other. From not so friendly wolves, from other supernaturals, from hunters or humans alike. Remington lives in a pack. The clinic is near the edge of their packlands. And each pack is organized with leaders. The strongest of the wolves who protect the others and make decisions. The leader, is the Alpha of the pack. His right hand, the Beta. And the third in command is the Gamma.”
