Luna's POV: After a few minutes I sit down in the grass as a cricket hops by. I flick my ear as a firefly dances around it tickling the soft fur there when I suddenly catch a familiar scent in the air. I quickly look around trying to trace the direction of the scent when I hear the sound of a twig snapping. I immediately turn my head in the direction of the sound and perk my ears. I see a large shadow move at the tree line and I get onto my feet just as a very large white wolf emerges from it. I recognize him in an instant. The wolf beneath me lets out a huff, his eyes glowing a blue like the moon’s light. He lets out a howl, and then a shorter one right after. It’s amazing how wolves can communicate through the bond their Alpha creates. The stronger the leader, the stronger the connection.
