Lucas' POV I stared at him, surprised. "Who bloody cares about their timeline?" I snapped. "I'm the Alpha of the damn pack." "As the Alpha, you shouldn't forget that the auction school belongs to Alpha Kael of the Black water pack," He said with a shrug. "Its literally his biggest investment here and if you think he will let you mess with it, you're joking."

"If he didn't see something in you, he wouldn't be interested in you. That's just who the Alpha is." I scoffed at how much her words sounded like a mockery to me. "Just in case you don't know, I'm here as his... Fuck toy, nothing more. I'm too much of a coward to face my reality, so I'd rather stay here with a man who provides me with... unbelievable pleasure, as his pet." "Hmm but no one thinks of you as that, they see you how different,” she said and I scoffed. ”Different!? How?” I asked, my curiosity piqued.

It's him. The Alpha.

Beta cautioned. Gamma, a spirited and curious wolf, raised their head, their voice filled with determination. "But we have each other, our unwavering spirit, and the strength of our unity. Together, we can overcome any obstacle that comes our way," Gamma proclaimed. As they ventured deeper into the wilderness, the pack encountered towering mountains blocking their path. Alpha, their gaze fixed upon the daunting peaks, called upon the pack for their input. "These mountains pose a formidable challenge. How shall we overcome them?" Alpha asked, their voice carrying an air of curiosity.

Elsa cried. "Hey look at me." Maggie said holding her face. "I'm sorry we didn't tell you earlier but Alpha powers ain't just red eyes,incredible strength, faster healing, creating betas and more, Nay, it's more than that, there are things that normal betas can't do but the power of the Alpha helps. Alphas are the one who do the dirty job for the pack, they're ruthless and brutal, doing anything supernaturally possible to protect their pack." Maggie explained.

Why must it just be Alexa, of all people? "Don't you dare call her name! You're not permitted to call her name." I warned, and he revealed an insincere smile. "Wonderful! Why do you sound like this slave means so much to you, or is she your mate? I am pretty sure you haven't had a mate, so it might be possible," he guessed with a sly smile. Alpha Carl is a fox, even though he might be the closest to me among the other Alphas, but I have to be careful.

Sitting quietly on a bench on the other side, listening to their conversation and washing the broccoli, unconcerned by the pull of the Alpha. They all giggled as a freckled beauty, Ruby, spoke up, her eyes glistening. "I also heard he isn't like other rude Alphas. He exudes compassion. Imagining myself conversing with him would be like conversing with my imaginary lover." I shook my head in bemusement as Ruby swooned over the Alpha. Maya, known for her contagious laugh, laughed out loud. "Girls, I can't wait to meet him. He must be from the fairy tale. Cinderella meets her prince," enthusiasm written all over her face.

She needed the identity of those Alphas. "You are right. The documents should be in father's study. Let's check them out." As soon as they got to the study, Godiva broke down in tears. She could feel her father's presence heavily because he spent a lot of time there. It wasn't long for Theresa to locate the documents. From the way they were kept in the drawer beside his desk, there was great importance attached to it from everything else. Godiva's last bit of hope began to dwindle when Theresa read the names; "Alpha Alonso, Alpha Storm, Alpha Bond, Alpha Brick, Alpha Caesar, Alpha Jax and Alpha Ice. They are just as fierce as their name sounds."

"He didn't hurt you, did he?" Lacey shook her head, putting on a brave face. "No, Mom." "Good," her mother said, giving a sigh of relief. "Well... you don't want to keep the Alpha waiting." A crease formed between Lacey's eyes. "Isn't Father the Alpha of this pack?" Her mother took a step closer, lowering her voice. "Julien is the Alpha of all the Alphas, the most powerful in the world." Then she kissed both of Lacey's cheeks. "Promise me that you'll be careful."
