LUNA’S VENGEANCE

Kelly's POV

I once had it all till everything went south, my business had crashed and so had Michael's and this forced him to get a job while I became a stay at home girlfriend. We hadn't gotten engaged yet but I was hoping he would tie the knot with me. After all, we had been together for years.

Now Michael had a very bad day yesterday and he came back home defeated, he refused to talk to me and he left for work very early in the morning. There was nothing at all to eat so I just had to make coffee. And funny enough, Michael texted me saying we were having visitors.

I made sure everything was clean and soon Michael was home and he hugged me first, "where Is the guest?" He sounded excited when he was on the phone and he stepped in to reveal the most beautiful man I had ever seen in my life.

There was no way he could be real. I blinked a few times to register reality and I opened my mouth but I was only stuttering, "Please…come in…" we didn't look half as good as he did but he still smiled at me and walked in with his three-piece suit, Gelled hair and perfect face structure.

"I believe you're Kelly right?" He even knew my name, "Michael has told me a lot about you." I could feel his eyes roam round my body and it made me a bit uncomfortable.

"I never expected Michael to talk about me. Please sit." I offered him a chair, "would you like juice or coffee?" I asked him because that was the only thing we had at home.

"Neither sweetie, I won't be here for long, I just want to give you something." I noticed he was holding a briefcase and when he opened it, all I saw was dollar bills. My heart jumped to my throat and I was at loss of words,

"Michael!" He was the first person I called because this was not happening, this had to be a dream and Michael came down and smiled at the briefcase, "we're rich Michael." It was a hopeful whisper, this man was our guardian angel.

"Correction, he is rich and you're mine." My eyes widened at his statement,

"What do you mean?" I turned to Michael and then back to him, "what's going on? Who are you?"

"My name is Jason Storm and I'm Michael's boss, we had a deal," and he exhumed a contract from out of nowhere and I read it furiously and as I read each term, my heart shattered, "he has offered everything he had to me to keep his job and to have a promotion, so now, you belong to me." He pulled me closer to him and I broke from his grip.

"Michael! How could you do this to me?! You gave me over to save yourself! This isn't real, please tell me it isn't." I hoped so badly but my heart was only broken and Michael didn't say a thing.

Jason was taking me away. My heart broke into a million pieces, was I some sort of object that could be used and forgotten? I had no free will on my own, Michael had just used me to save himself and Jason was taking me back to his home.

Immediately I got there I was thrown on the floor and Jason loved the sight of my helplessness. He got closer to me while I moved away before he grabbed my hair and it made me to stay put,

"My precious little Doll, don't worry, if you're a good girl, I won't hurt you." He smiled wickedly at me and he told me to look around, "this is all yours, but you have to be a good girl and listen to daddy. Will you listen to daddy?"

"I will." I whimpered because I knew that Jason was a dangerous man and I didn't want to die.

And from there my torture started, I was turned into a slave and mess just meant for Jason's amusement. The house was big and he told me to clean it everyday, it was a way of torturing me and he only allowed me Access to a meal a day. And I always saved my last meal for dinner.

"Where is my little Doll?" I heard his footsteps as I tried to make his coffee as fast as possible but I was tired and my vision was blurred. I wasn't focusing so I burnt my hand, "little doll." He called out to me before I poked my head from the kitchen.

"I'm…your coffee is ready" I stuttered before I managed to push my legs to the dining table, his shirt was unbuttoned and he looked like he had just come out from the shower.

His eyes roamed around me and he licked his lips before he moved closer to me, I took a step back and I began to shake, "I won't eat you yet, maybe later tonight."

I was horrified at the thought of it but what was more horrifying was when my body acted up, my vision shut down temporarily and before I could get a hold of myself, coffee was dumped on Jason and it was very hot.

He growls in anger and pain and I kept apologizing but he was clenched and he was very angry,

"Sir please, it was a mistake." I wanted to explain more before I was cut off with a paralyzing slap and I fell face first to the floor, it only made my vision blur and I didn't have the strength to speak anymore.

The lonely thing I felt was being dragged and I was able to hear him say something, "this will be your punishment!" And I was thrown across, into a room, and it was pitch black. I was too weak to move but I could taste a metallic pigment in my mouth.

I lay there motionless and let the darkness consume me.
